The Flight Attendant will not be returning for a third season. The show, which was originally set as a limited series, aired two seasons on Max, with the second season ending in May 2022.
The move follows comments from star and executive producer Kaley Cuoco after the second season that the “plane had landed.” “I just kind of feel like we just ended,” she told People at the time.
The first season, which premiered in November 2020, followed Cuoco’s alcoholic, globe-trotting flight attendant Cassie Bowden who became embroiled in an espionage plot following her affair with a first class passenger, who winds up murdered after their night together.
The second season saw Bowden return with a fresh start in Los Angeles, sober and moonlighting as a CIA asset in her spare time. But when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in another international intrigue.

“You won’t be my little girl forever,” observes Hannah, wistfully.
“Isn’t that a good thing?” Esme asks.
The process of coming of age is often treated in cinema as a liberating, albeit somewhat awkward experience. There will always be some people, however, for whom it happens far too soon and in circumstances which they would never wish to repeat. Esme (Audrey Grace Marshall) is a child when her mother takes her into the woods. She won’t be when – if – she comes out again.
Opening on the car journey to that remote locale, Cory Choy’s nervy thriller gives us very little context, immediately plunging us into the moment. Hannah (Stacey Weckstein) is driving; Esme is lounging in the back seat, bored, verbally sniping in the way that bored children do. Her mother has told her that she’s ill and that they don’t have much time left together,...

This story about “The Flight Attendant” first appeared in the Comedy & Drama Series issue of TheWrap’s awards magazine.
In Season 2 of the HBO Max hit “The Flight Attendant”, Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco) is still contending with the rigors of her double life as a CIA asset and as a steward of the sky wrestling with being sober after her party-girl dalliances (which led to a dead body in her bed in the show’s first season) put her in jeopardy. But her newfound sobriety has her contending with her toughest individual yet: herself. And herself. And herself. And herself. And herself.“
When Season 2 was presented to me,” visual effects coordinator Elizabeth Rojas said, “it indicated that we were going crazy with Cassies. They were like, ‘Think “Orphan Black“!’” That’s right, instead of giving one all-out, draining performance in a rollercoaster-of-emotion season like this one, Cuoco had to give five.

A trailer released Monday, which you can watch above, shows Cuoco’s Cassie on cloud nine as she’s living her best life in Los Angeles while settling into her secret life as a CIA operative. But, when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in more international intrigue.
The pressure forces Cassie to confide in her closest friends about her new gig. As she investigates the slaying, she also realizes the killer might be more familiar than she had initially thought when she’s confronted by a room full of her doppelgängers.
Eventually, the revelations send her into a spiral. “I’m one tiny accident away from a complete collapse,” she admits.
Cuoco returns to the series alongside Zosia Mamet, Griffin Matthews, Deniz Akdeniz and Rosie Perez.

HBO Max has released a teaser trailer for “The Flight Attendant” Season 2, which is set to be premiere on the streamer April 21. “The Flight Attendant” follows Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco), a flight attendant struggling with alcoholism who finds herself in an endless chain of near-death, high-finance and high-tech situations.
In Season 1 of the comedy-thriller, Cassie wakes up after partying with a rich passenger (Michiel Huisman), only to find him murdered. With no memory of what happened the night before, Cassie’s quest is to solve the murder — while trying to exonerate herself — but she gets entangled in numerous, extreme complications. At the end, Cassie sets out to make different choices for herself and her loved ones, including her brother (T.R. Knight).

Timmy Turner is all grown up and passing on his magical fairy godparents! Today we have a new trailer for "The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder," the live-action continuation of the "Fairly OddParents" animated series that ran on Nickelodeon for a whopping 10 seasons (via EW). In the live-action series, a grown-up Timmy (Caleb Pierce) is passing his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda to his 13-year-old cousin Viv Turner (Audrey Grace Marshall).

While Wanda and Cosmo appear unchanged by time, the same can't be said for Timmy Turner. The pre-pubescent boy viewers grew up with on Nickelodeon is apparently a student at Princeton now. Viewers got a glimpse of the live-action version of Timmy in a Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder trailer, which dropped Wednesday, Feb. 23. In the video, Timmy wears his usual red baseball cap, jeans and a red shirt. This time around, however, the tee is emblazoned with the name of his alma mater. And while he makes an appearance in the preview, Timmy is no longer the focus of the beloved series. No, that role goes to his cousin Vivian "Viv" Turner (Audrey Grace Marshall), and her new stepbrother,...

Timmy Turner was an average kid that no one understood. Now, in the first trailer for “The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder,” we get to meet some other members of his family.
The new series, set to hit Paramount+ at the end of March, focuses on Timmy’s cousin, Vivian “Viv” Turner (Audrey Grace Marshall), and her new stepbrother, Roy Raskin (Tyler Wladis), as they navigate life in Dimmsdale with the help of the wacky fairies we know and love: Cosmo and Wanda.
Timmy himself will make an appearance in order to gift Cosmo and Wanda to the kids. And yes, he’s still wearing his classic pink hat. But, in place of his pink shirt, he’s wearing a Princeton sweatshirt — which might surprise fans of the original series, considering his relationship with school.

"I don't think you understand what happened here...?" Quiver Distribution has unveiled an official trailer for The Girl Who Got Away, a new serial killer horror-thriller from filmmaker Michael Morrissey (of Boy Wonder). Set in 2018, twenty years after a serial killer was caught and imprisoned, the story is about the "one who got away" now all grown up. When the killer escapes from prison, she goes after the final victim. Only one, Christina Bowden, managed to get away with her life, the other four were found buried... Caulfield escapes from prison and launches a deadly pursuit to finish what she began. Christina's seemingly perfect life comes crashing down around her as the secrets of her past come back to haunt her. The film stars Lexi Johnson, Chukwudi Iwuji, Kaye Tuckerman, Willow McCarthy, Ned Van Zandt, Audrey Grace Marshall, and Geoffrey Cantor. This does look extra creepy, much more horrifying than it seems at first.

Exclusive: Longmire and Saving Grace alum Bailey Chase is set for a recurring role on CBS’ hit drama series S.W.A.T. He also has signed with Buchwald for representation. Inspired by the classic television series and feature film, S.W.A.T. stars Shemar Moore as the locally born and raised sergeant tasked with running a specialized tactical unit that is the last stop in law enforcement in Los Angeles. Chase will play Owen, an ex-Army Ranger who is in the process of launching a high-end private security firm. He is well-connected and fully-invested and hoping Deacon (Jay Harrington), who is an active S.W.A.T. Sergeant and decorated Police Star recipient, will agree to be part of the team. Chase recently recurred on USA’s Queen of the South, Fox’s 24: Legacy, NBC’s Chicago P.D. and Showtime’s Twin Peaks: The Return, and he appeared on the big screen in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
