The Dazey Phase has announced the filmmaking team and cast for Léa Fae Caddigan’s debut feature “Blue Balls.” The film, which will shoot this summer, is based on a story by Meredith Metcalf who wrote the screenplay with Caddigan.
“Blue Balls” follows Emma, who, back at home in her small town, wants nothing more than a night of driving around and hanging out with her best friend, Mara. But when they meet Tom and Jack, Mara invites these two strangers back to their place to get to know each other better.
The only problem is that Emma is a virgin as is Tom. But Tom’s not a sexual virgin, he’s a vampire who’s never killed before and he’s hoping tonight will be the night for him to join a centuries-old vampire fraternity. As the two humans fight for their lives with every weapon they can find,...

Link Entertainment has promoted Vivek Kolli to manager as a part of the company’s continuing expansion of its management division.
Kolli joined Link in 2019 as a Talent assistant and was promoted to Talent coordinator in 2021.
“For the past 4 years, Vivek has shown a constant passion for our clients and our company,” the Link partners said in a joint statement. “He is the epitome of a team player and his work ethnic has been second to none. Further, he is extremely bright, creative and genuine. To say his promotion is well deserved is an understatement”.
Kolli graduated in 2017 from the University of Texas at Austin with both a Bachelor of Arts in Latin and a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film.
Link Entertainment was established 20 years ago by Brian Wilkins, Ben Levine and Erik Kritzer. Literary manager and producer Brad Kaplan is also a partner.

Kenny Nguyen of ThreeSixtyEight has signed up to Executive Produce drama film Scent Of The Delta. The film is a 2020 Sundance Film Institute script semifinalist, written by Thuc Doan Nguyen and directed by Adele Pham (Nailed It). The film addresses Vietnamese culture and growing up in the American South in the 1980s.
Shooting begins in Louisiana in 2023, shooting on film and will be the first English-language drama feature to center Vietnamese American women in three decades (since Oliver Stone’s 1993 war drama Heaven and Earth). Scent of the Delta stars actress Tiffany Pham in the leading role.
The story creation is a team effort on behalf of Nguyen, Adele and Tiffany Pham and follows Carrie (Caroline) Tao Wargo, an American-born child of daughter of an interracial couple. Through the eyes of a woman who is caught between cultures, we come to see New Orleans, a land of rebirth on the brink of renewal and reinvention.
