Victoria Beard

Vic is an award-winning Toronto-based music supervisor for The Wilders, six-time Guild of Music Supervisor Awards nominee, touring bass player, and law graduate from Australia. Soon after graduation, she immigrated to Canada to launch her career in music supervision at Rock Steady Music, amassing numerous film and television credits before the company was sold to Entertainment One in 2016. She continued to music supervise in-house helping to build the studio's music department through the sale to Hasbro in 2019, where she continued to work on legendary brands overseeing music on 87 episodes and specials for the beloved and multi-generational brand, My Little Pony (Netflix), and three seasons of the Canadian Screen Award nominated series, Moonshine (CBC). In 2022 she joined the award-winning family of music supervisors, composers, producers and songwriters at The Wilders. Vic has garnered several Guild of Music Supervisor Award nominations for her work over the years including: Moonshine, the 2021 Cannes Film Festival selection, Blue Bayou (Focus Features), from award-winning writer/director Justin Chon (starring Alicia Vikander), the feature film live stage recording of the Tony Award winning Broadway musical, Come From Away (Apple TV+), and most recently for her work on the 2023 Sundance selection, Fancy Dance (Confluential Films) from writer/director Erica Tremblay-for which she won a Canadian Sync Award for Best Sync - Scene, Feature or Documentary Film.
