Brian Cox is an iconic actor known for portraying the role of Logan Roy in the iconic HBO show Succession. Starring in one of the major roles, Cox portrayed the role for 6 years before the series ended in 2023.
With the actor portraying the role of William Stryker in the 2003 film X2, Cox revealed that he didn’t mind when Danny Huston took over the role for him. It seems that the actor, however, had a problem when the question about why he wasn’t selected again stuck with him.

Following the Paramount+ premiere of the new Wolfgang Van Halen episode of Behind the Music on Thursday (May 2nd), his mom, Valerie Bertinelli, has opened up about her tumultuous marriage to Eddie Van Halen. The actress posted a video on Instagram, admitting that she had turned her relationship with the late rock star into “some sort of fantasy, soulmate recreation of history.”
“I was finally able to watch Wolfie’s Behind the Music,” began Bertinelli. “It was not easy. I’d stopped it many times because it was just too brutal to watch for many reasons. One, seeing Wolfie’s pain. Two, seeing what a better job I could have done as a parent even though he turned out magnificently. I made a lot of mistakes.”

Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators wrapped up their UK/European tour in Paris on Monday (April 29th) by bringing Wolfgang Van Halen onstage for a rousing cover of the AC/DC classic “Highway to Hell.” Wolfgang’s band Mammoth Wvh served as support on the month-long run.
Kennedy introduced Wolfgang, telling the crowd, “We’re honored that we’ve been able to tour with this next gentleman and his band, ’cause I think he’s one of the most talented people on the planet.”

Slash then started playing the iconic “Highway to Hell” riff, with the rest of the band and Wolfgang joining in soon thereafter. Bassist Todd Kearns handled lead vocals on the verses, with Kennedy and Wolfgang chiming in on the chorus. At one point, Wolfgang delivered a blistering guitar solo.

Valerie Bertinelli has revealed that Eddie Van Halen’s family and loved ones ordered pizza to his hospital room upon his passing on October 6th, 2020.
The rock icon’s ex-wife was at Eddie’s bedside with their son, Wolfgang Van Halen, and the guitar legend’s brother, drummer Alex Van Halen, along with Alex’s two sons.
Bertinelli told People in a new cover story that Eddie died while holding her hand and Wolfgang’s hand, with his last words to both being, “I love you.”
“I didn’t want to believe it was happening,” said the actress. “Even while it was happening, I wasn’t believing it was happening,”
She went on to say that she and the Van Halen family members decided to order pizza in his honor.
“I forget who suggested it, but we were like, ‘Should we have pizza?’ … Because he couldn’t eat, and the...

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong has shared the story of meeting one of his heroes, Eddie Van Halen, revealing that the guitar legend “started crying” during their backstage encounter.
During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show on Wednesday (January 17th), Stern brought up the fact that the first concert Armstrong attended was a Van Halen show. “When I saw Van Halen in ’84, I was 12, and they were my favorite band, and I cried,” began the Green Day singer-guitarist. “It’s like his guitar playing came from a different place. He reinvented how to play guitar. But they also wrote great songs, that’s the main thing that I took away from Van Halen. The songs were just so fucking great.”
When Stern asked if Armstrong ever got to meet Eddie, the punk frontman shared the story of his one and only meeting with the guitar icon. “I [met him] one time,...

Match #1: Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic – Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams def. Edris Enofé & Malik Blade The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Trick Melo Gang is on the same page as Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes took down Edris Enofé and Malik Blade in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Trick and Melo came out hot, but the supreme athleticism of Blade and Enofé evened the playing field in a big way, highlighted by tandem splashes to the outside. Despite the incredible fight from Blade and Enofé, Trick Melo Gang took care of business and punched their ticket to the semifinals.
My Score: 3.5 out of 5 Match #2: Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley def. Lola Vice & Elektra Lopez The following is courtesy of wwe.

On Oct. 28, TMZ was first to report Matthew Perry’s drowning death. The media outlet, which over the past two decades has become a byword for hard-edged celebrity coverage, cited law enforcement sources and ran a redacted audio clip it’d obtained of a dispatcher communicating with emergency personnel before running photos of the actor’s stricken parents arriving at his home.
The site has been renowned and reviled for such lightning scoops. Its casualties include Todd Fisher, who has uniquely experienced its force as a merciless reaper. TMZ broke the news of the death of his sister Carrie. Then, the next day, it was first to report that his mother, Debbie Reynolds, had been transported from his home, where she’d been discussing funeral plans for Carrie, to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center because of a possible stroke. (TMZ had audio of the dispatch call.) She soon died there. “They have...

Congratulations are in order for Wolfgang Van Halen, who married his longtime girlfriend, Andraia Allsop, in a ceremony at their Los Angeles home on Sunday (October 15th). The rocker brought a little metal to the festivities by including the mighty Meshuggah on the wedding playlist.
Wolfgang and Andraia got married on the eighth anniversary of their first date. According to People, the bride was walked down the aisle by her father as Dean Martin’s “Everybody Loves Somebody” played.
Meanwhile, Wolfgang walked down the aisle with his mom, Valerie Bertinelli, to a tune written by his late father, the legendary Eddie Van Halen. “The song that my father had written for me, it’s an instrumental piece called ‘316,’ he told People in a pre-wedding interview. “It’ll be a nice way to include my dad.”
Back in August, the couple revealed that their first dance would be to Peter Gabriel’s “In Your Eyes,...

Eddie Van Halen was in the process of reuniting Van Halen’s classic lineup for a farewell tour before his health took a turn for the worse and he eventually passed away in October 2020. The revelation comes from Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, who met with the rock legend in 2019.
While speaking with Sirius Xm (as transcribed by Brave Words) about Extreme’s recent comeback single “Rise” and the band’s forthcoming album, Six, Bettencourt recalled a surprise visit from Eddie during the recording of the LP. Bettencourt was in a studio laying down the solo to “Rise” when he got a call from Extreme singer and onetime Van Halen vocalist Gary Cherone, who told him to get back to his home as soon as he can.
When Bettencourt arrived back at his house, Cherone was there with none other than Eddie Van Halen. The rock icon proceeded to play the...

Match #1: Nxt Tag Team Championship Match – Gallus def. Pretty Deadly The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Gallus boys remained on top as Mark Coffey & Wolfgang dispatched their long time rivals Pretty Deadly in an incredible matchup. The champions were rolling early, but the clever tricks like distracting the referee by Elton Prince & Kit Wilson gave the Yes Boys some life. As the action continued, Pretty Deadly neutralized Wolfgang by sending him into the announce table and the chaos allowed Wilson to nail Coffey with the title, but he managed to kick out. Pretty Deadly never recovered from that as Wolfgang reappeared, allowing them to isolate Wilson and retain their championships.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Nxt Women’s Championship Qualifying Match – Zoey Stark def.

Flynne headed back into The Peripheral to help Wilf with the disappearance of Aelita on The Peripheral Season 1 Episode 3
We also learned about Wilf's past during a series of flashback scenes that revealed vital information.
Burton also stirred up some issues in his local community when he approached the town's big boss, Corbell Pickett.
Corbell isn't a man you want to mess with, but Burton didn't seem too afraid.
The episode culminated in a character's death in the future, but it opened up more questions than answers.
Receiving information about Wilf's childhood proved to be integral to the episode, but it was unexpected.
Wilf got adopted by a British couple, whose original name was Wolfgang, but they changed it to Wilfred. However, this wasn't the biggest reveal.
Wilf and Aelita are brother and sister.

As history lessons go, it’s a fascinating one: Joseph Bologne, born to a married plantation proprietor in the French colony of Guadeloupe and a Creole woman held as a slave there, would grow up to attain such repute as a violinist, composer, and conductor that he was granted the title of Chevalier de Saint-Georges then and “the Black Mozart” now. In the pitchy biopic “Chevalier,” he earns this sobriquet in a literal capacity by storming into a concert from Wolfgang himself, already in progress, challenging him to a violin battle, and owning him so hard that the crowd bursts into a rabid standing ovation.
