She is the author of, "Don't Let "IT" Get You!: An Empowering Health and Fitness Guide for Women." This comprehensive resource is dedicated to helping readers overcome obstacles to health and happiness. She is also featured in "Blueprint for Success - Proven Strategies For Success and Survival", alongside Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard.
With a Ph.D. in Natural Health and Holistic Healing from the University of Natural Health, as well as Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in applied math and statistics from Stony Brook University and Rutgers University, Joy's training is firmly rooted in the sciences, as well as in her years of experience as an executive in the world of corporate America. During her tenure at Stony Brook University, Joy (Enoch) Ohayia, achieved numerous accomplishments in the sport of Track and Field, earning four individual records for sprinting, one of which still remains unbroken over 25 years. Her daily lifestyle routine includes consistent exercise and is a nationally ranked sprinter with the master's division of USA Track and Field. She is a certified member of the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) with professional certifications in the areas of weight management, nutrition, wellness and personal training.
A motivational speaker and author, Joy has provided wellness advice to audiences globally through speaking engagements and various media outlets. Joy has leveraged her extensive academic and professional experience to develop a universal prescription for optimal health. With a focus on "The Seven Elements of Total Wellness," comprising physical, nutritional, social, environmental, financial, spiritual, and emotional/mental aspects, she inspires and empowers people looking to gain control over their well-being. Today, she shares her passion, wisdom and proven strategies for success with a growing roster of corporate and virtual clients.

Joy is actively involved within her local community, and serves as a Board of Trustees for the New Jersey chapter of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), a children's advocacy group. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and their two sons.
