Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man franchise did not live up to the expectations of Sony which propelled the scrapping of the potential third installment. Recently, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone starrer The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hit the theaters again but the collection of the rerelease was not impressive.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has picked up rather an odd record, the movie’s rerelease has put it in the spot of lowest opening from any Spider-Man rerelease so far. The Marc Webb-directed movie claimed $709 million at the box office as per The Numbers. The feat was impressive but considering the huge budget of over $200 million and marketing costs the movie needed a little more to extend into another movie.

Lawyers for Joe Mixon released surveillance footage on Friday showing the University of Oklahoma running back punching a female student during an incident in 2014.
In the video, the now 20-year-old Mixon can be seen punching fellow student Amelia Molitor, now 22, in the face and walking away.
In a statement, Mixon’s attorney, Blake Johnson, wrote, “Mr. Mixon asked us to once again say he is sorry for the way he reacted that night. He has apologized publicly to Ms. Molitor, her friends, his family, teammates and the University. He hopes that his voluntary release of these recordings will help put this matter to rest.
