Screenwriter, journalist and author Alanna Bennett has signed with CAA for representation.
Bennett most recently was a producer and writer on season two of Netflix’s YA dramedy Xo, Kitty, which debuted in May 2023. She also served as executive story editor on the series, created by Jenny Han as a spinoff of the streamer’s To All the Boys film trilogy. She’s also a co-producer on the second season of Prime Video’s animated series The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy.
Prior to Xo, Kitty, she worked as a story editor on Roswell, New Mexico at The CW and also penned several episodes. As a reporter and cultural critic, Bennett has contributed to The New York Times, New York Magazine, BuzzFeed News, Teen Vogue and The Ringer, as well as a number of podcasts.

Exclusive: Grandview has hired former Gotham Group and Anonymous Content manager Tara Timinsky.
Timinsky joins from Gotham. Among the writer and journalist clients coming with her are author, producer and trans advocate Geena Rocero, Brian Broome, who was most recently named a finalist for the Kirkus Nonfiction Prize for his memoir Punch Me Up To The Gods, The Atlantic’s Kaitlyn Tiffany, Guggenheim fellow Rhonda K. Garelick, and authors Etaf Rum and Lori Nelson Spielman.
Timinsky began her career at Anonymous, where she started in the mailroom and landed her first assistant job working in Business & Legal Affairs.
