Dancing With the Stars' Trio Night was full-on fun!
With special appearances from past winners, like reigning mirrorball champion Rashad Jennings and season one winner Kelly Monaco, there was a tremendous amount of talent in the ballroom during week eight of the dance competition show.
Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to one dancing duo -- Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke -- before the five other couples were announced that they'd be advancing to next week's semi-finals.
Now, Et's breaking down all the memorable choreography moments from last night's performances!

Individual Dances
Drew Scott & Emma Slater - Waltz, "Both Sides Now (Torch Songs)" by Years & Years
Dance highlight: This week, Emma challenged Drew to be vulnerable as he performed a piece dedicated to his fiancee, Linda Phan. Our favorite moment happened at the 1:02 mark, when Drew assisted Emma in a gorgeous arabesque spin.

Word on the street is that the main stage might be collapsing, and Edm artists the world over are scrambling to stay out of its footprint. Sander Van Doorn had already given himself a head start on diversifying his sound with last year’s “Ori Tali Ma,” and he’s further tested the boundaries of progressive house with his Gregor Salto collaboration, “Tribal.”
To be fair, “Tribal” isn’t totally free of Sander Van Doorn’s more typical big room house sensibilities. Even though the track starts out with samples of some sort of third-world drum circle, they more or less compliment a percussive buildup that spills into a barbaric synth lead.
Then again tracks like his recent “Cuba Libre” fall in line with the Latin-infused progressive house that artists like Eddie Thoneick have been putting out as of late. For its organic, lively sound, the style might make for...

There aren’t a great many artists big enough to help the top grossing nightclub in the world celebrate its seventh anniversary. Hip-hop and bass music icon Diplo fits the bill, though, and he’s uploaded his two-and-a-half-hour set from the March 21st celebration to his SoundCloud account for everyone who wasn’t able to attend.
Before going in, though, it’s worth noting that this was one of Diplo’s more mainstream-friendly performances. Las Vegas nightclubs go for a very specific sound – so where his recent Diplo and Friends set showcased his expert ear for hip-hop, his Xs performance predominantly consisted of big room house and ringtone rap edits.
That said, Diplo‘s DJ set at Xs Las Vegas’ 7th anniversary celebration certainly still had its gems. He was nice enough to scrawl out a tracklist as well, so if you hear something you like then find it by...

Among the numerous festivals that take place during the month of July, Lollapalooza may be the historically richest. Having taken place off and on in different formats since 1991, the event series has succeeded in propelling a variety of artists into the mainstream spotlight. While superstar DJ/producer Kaskade may not necessarily be one of them, he does hail from the festival’s hometown of Chicago – and he played a set at this year’s installment that absolutely brought the house down.
We haven’t exactly been celebratory of all of Kaskade’s recent material, but when it comes to tearing it up on the decks, his recent performance demonstrates that he still knows how to get a crowd hopping. Studded with favorites like “Room for Happiness” and “Atmosphere,” the mix did contain a few of his less-deserving tracks – like his remix of Jack Ü’s “Where Are Ü Now,” for instance.

As one of the fastest rising stars in Edm at the moment, it was really just a matter of time before we got a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix from Mr. Oliver Heldens. Keeping in suit with his deep house/groovy style, the two hours of music delivers exactly what you’d expect.
From the producer’s own hits like “Gecko” and “Koala,” to some of the biggest songs of 2014 (“Light Years Away,” “A Sky Full Of Stars,” “Blame,” etc.) the mix is a pleasure to listen to from start to finish. In fact, it could very well make a case for Best Essential Mix of 2014, as it definitely rivals some of the more impressive ones that we’ve heard from BBC Radio 1 this year. If nothing else, though, it’s a great way for the young DJ to cap off his truly incredible breakout year.
