Following the new Stranger Things Season 2 poster that was released this weekend, Netflix has shared a new clip for fans to watch. The clip centers around Mike being questioned by the authorities about Eleven and where she is at, but being the good friend that he is, he won't say anything. As they are talking Mike sees something outside of his window.
We know that Eleven manages to escape from the Upside Down back into the real world, and her escape was highlighted in a previously released clip. It looks like this latest clip teases her reunion with Mike.

Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer have previously stated that the hit Netflix series would only go to season four and then end. Well, it's looking like plans have changed. The Duffers and producer Shawn Levy are now saying that the series will likely go beyond four seasons, Levy recently told EW:
“Hearts were heard breaking in Netflix headquarters when the Brothers made four seasons sound like an official end, and I was suddenly getting phone calls from our actors’ agents. The truth is we’re definitely going four seasons and there’s very much the possibility of a fifth. Beyond that, it becomes I think very unlikely.”
Look, as long as they have an end game and they get to tell the full story that they set out to tell, that's all that matters. I just don't want to see a bunch of pointless filler episodes in the process.

When Stranger Things landed on Netflix on July 15th, 2016, it took viewers by surprise. Arriving with very little fanfare, its odd combination of pop culture homage, retro aesthetic, and era-specific detail quickly captivated fans, and delivered an extraordinary experience in fantasy-horror storytelling. With just eight episodes, series creators Matt and Ross Duffer built a community within the town of Hawkins, Indiana, and layered it with terrifying darkness. This is the situation that will meet actor Will Chase (Nashville), who has now joined the cast for the second season.
Chase will play new Hawkins resident Neil Mayfield, who has moved to the stricken town with his two children, played by Sadie Sink (American Odyssey) and Dacre Montgomery (Power Rangers). Little is known of their story, beyond the fact that the younger Mayfields will be students at the local school, alongside the children from the first season – played by Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown,...

Pre-production on the second season of Netflix darling Stranger Things is officially underway, and the online streamer has unveiled a black-and-white picture of a table read to prove it.
Bringing together the younger residents of Hawkins, Indiana – and a couple of new faces to boot – here we see the likes of Joe Keery (Steve Harrington), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) and Natalia Dyer (Nancy Wheeler) with an early draft of the script. Confirming those relentless rumors to be true, Millie Bobby Brown is back, back, back as Eleven.
Elsewhere in the picture, you’ll see Power Rangers star Dacre Montgomery, a newcomer to the world of creepy parallel dimensions and government conspiracies. He’ll be playing Billy, the “hyper-confident and edgy” older step-brother to Max, a “tough and confident” tomboy bearing the brunt of a complicated history. Sadie Sink clinched that role only a few weeks ago.

To say that Stranger Things took the Internet by storm during the summer may read as something of an understatement – just look at the scores of creative Halloween costumes and decorations that surfaced this past weekend – but Netflix subscribers weren’t the only ones to be surprised by the show’s barnstorming premiere.
Chatting to io9, Stranger Things producer Shawn Levy admitted that he was floored by the reception, stating, “it’s been truly shocking, but absolutely thrilling.”
“Not only did we not have a clue it would be this popular, we didn’t even fantasize it would be this popular,” Levy said. “All we knew was it was cool and exactly what we told Netflix we wanted to make a year earlier. But we never even aspired to this phenom status that we’ve reached since July 15. It’s been truly shocking but absolutely thrilling.”

If Stranger Things season 2 seems further along than first anticipated, it should; soon after Netflix issued the go-ahead for the show’s sophomore outing, co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer revealed that a second season was already in the cards before the renewal was made public. Such was the furore surrounding the show’s summer premiere.
That’s essentially carved out a head-start for the Duffer brothers, who have been plotting Stranger Things season 2 for months at this point. New cast members (read: Sadie Sink and Power Rangers star Dacre Montgomery) have been recruited, tantalizing plot details have been teased, and Netflix has been busy ironing out negotiations with its principal cast. Those conversations have resulted in Joe Keery and Noah Schnapp – Steve Harrington and Will Byers, respectively – being bumped up to series regulars in anticipation of the second season, though TVLine is reporting another fan-favorite has secured her place.

When quizzed about all eight episode titles of Stranger Things season 2, Matt Duffer not only teased that a smattering of clues are hidden in plain sight, but the series co-creator revealed that Netflix had actually commissioned a second batch of episodes long before it was first made public.
That goes some ways to explaining why Stranger Things season 2 seems a little ahead of schedule – not that we’re complaining – and today we have confirmation that the Netflix favorite has cast an up-and-coming Broadway star and the Red Ranger in time for its 2017 return.

A month and a half ago, we learned that there would be three new characters added to Stranger Things for the second season of the breakout Netflix hit series. Now THR has news about actors who have been cast in two out of three of those roles, and one of them is from the new Power Rangers movie.
But first, the show has also cast another Broadway veteran in Sadie Sink, who is the latest cast member of this show to have some serious musical talent. The actor, who has appeared on both Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and The Americans, will play Max, a tough and confident girl whose appearance, behavior and pursuits seem more typical of boys than of girls in this era. Instead of bikes like the other kids, she cruises around Hawkins, Indiana on a skateboard. The site says Max "has a complicated history and is generally suspicious of those around her.
