Believe it or not, it’s entirely possible for interesting bits of Justice League trivia to be revealed by sources other than Zack Snyder these days. As it so happens, some intriguing pieces of concept art recently surfaced over at Reddit, which we’ll discuss right now.
From what we can gather, the tentacles consuming the Russian landscape as a result of “the Unity” being completed weren’t actually part of the original vision. Well, that’s at least what Sebastian Meyer’s work tells us.
If you take a look at what’s offered below, you’ll see that whatever’s in the top image, while possibly still being organic, looks almost industrial in nature. To me, it resembles some bizarre hybrid of the baby-growing fields from The Matrix and gigantic Ring Pops. Come to think of it, had the filmmakers gone with this design, that’d have made for a nice merchandising tie-in.

Check out all these amazing creature designs by Sebastian Meyer. One in particular that I really like, is the Manticore designs. This creature is a transformation that Dr. Thorn changes into from his human form. Described as having a lion's body and having a scorpion-like tail that can shoot spikes. X-Men's Colossus, Daniel Cudmore, is playing Dr. Thorn in Sea of Monsters. Also below, you can find concept art of a Colchis bull, that in the film attacks Camp Half-Blood. Colchis are elephant-sized and made of bronze. In Greek Mythology, they were created by the god Hephaestus, and later given as a gift to King Aeetes. They have the ability to breathe fire and their skin is scorching hot. Concept Art by Sebastian Meyer Colchis Bull Concept Art by Bryan Wynia...

Concept Art by Sebastian Meyer Click Images To Enlarge In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. At this year's Mutek electronic music festival in Montreal, British producer Matthew Herbert will be bringing two very unique and unrelated live shows to Canadian audiences for the first time. The first is "One Pig," based on his 2011 album of the same name where the 41-year-old collected sounds while following a pig's short life from birth to dinner plate.
The other, "The End Of Silence," couldn't be more different. It's an entire album based on one five-second sample of a bomb exploding in war-torn Libya that he and three collaborators contorted and stretched using hacked golf video game controllers. He later found out that two people had perished in the explosion, which dramatically changed his perception of the project. "The End Of Silence" will be released on June 24.
Herbert will also perform a DJ set at Mutek, for the first time under his Wishmountain moniker, although during our Skype conversation...
