When singer-songwriter SiR started growing his dreadlocks in 2010, he didn’t know the level of maintenance it would require. He was initially enthused by the Rastafarian concept of locs and their spiritual significance, finding meaning behind the now-popular hairdo. Although not as invested anymore, he realizes how his loc journey coincides with his personal development. There’s been plenty of breakage but also restoration.

Inspector Dave Toschi needs a night off. After years of chasing the so-called Zodiac Killer, Toschi thought he had found his man, only for his captain to shoot him down, citing insufficient evidence to make an arrest. At the movie theater later on, the picture Toschi watches with his wife doesn’t make him feel any better. It’s Dirty Harry, the 1971 movie in which Clint Eastwood‘s Inspector Harry Callahan does battle with a killer called Scorpio.
Frustrated by what he’s seeing, Toschi heads to the lobby for a smoke. As viewers shuffle out after him, one remarks, “Dave, that Harry Callahan did a hell of a job with your case.”
“Yeah, no need for due process, right?” Toschi responds sarcastically to indicate his frustration.
Or, at least that’s how it went in the movies. Specifically, the film Zodiac, written by James Vanderbilt and directed by David Fincher,...

On her 2002 album This is Me…Then, Jennifer Lopez included a song addressing Ben Affleck. “Dear Ben” is a confession and a love letter to Affleck, whom the singer met and started dating during the shooting of the film Gigli. The album was released two weeks after the pair’s engagement. The song ends with a now melancholic coda: “There’s no way I’d leave you / It’s just not a reality / Sometimes I feel like I’m living in a fantasy.” A year later, after Lopez and Affleck postponed their wedding, the pair broke up.
More than 20 years later, Lopez’s life looks different. She’s even more established in her career, she’s a mother of two teenagers and she remarried the love of her life. Three years ago, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their relationship, becoming proof of the adage “right person, wrong time.” To commemorate this...

Lana Del Rey‘s birthday is June 21st, which puts her in some disputed territory when it comes to astrological signs. Turns out, the constellations have even befuddled our patron saint of melancholic pop, who revealed in a new video interview with Harper’s Bazaar that she lived much of her life as an unshakeable Gemini before eventually making the shocking discovery that she is, in fact, a Cancer.
“I lived my life as a Gemini,” Del Rey said. “It’s insane. And then I found out that I was four hours short. I threw out all my 14-karat gold twin Gemini pendants.”
According to the singer, she’s a Cancer sun, while her moon is in Leo and her ascendant/rising sign is Scorpio — which, according to Consequence staff’s most astrologically savvy, is the perfect poison for someone who is very famous for making very gloomy music.

Making waves in the entertainment industry is what Lady Gaga was born to do. As an Aries sun, Scorpio Moon, and Gemini Rising, Gaga's astrological placements suggest that she was meant to rise to fame through her music, creativity, and incredible performances.
Gaga is coming into a financially fortuitous year since she celebrated her 37th birthday on March 28, which is launching her into a second house profection year. Annual profection years bring a specific house into focus, so the themes associated with that house will become the overarching themes for that year of life. The second house rules over value systems, concrete wealth, and stability, so Gaga may feel like this is her year to align her security with what she truly honors in her life.

A beautiful new mask will be introduced on tonight’s (April 5) episode of The Masked Singer. Dandelion, featuring a glittery green bodysuit with a green tulle skirt and a fluffy white ball for a head, joins The Masked Singer Season 9’s “WB Movie Night.” She’ll compete against Doll, last week’s King of The Masked Singer, and Mantis, another new mask. Based on a preview of her singing voice, some fans think they can already tell who is behind Dandelion. Here are the early predictions.

Love Is Blind season 4 has seen four couples get engaged, but will any of them last, according to astrology? Here’s which of the reality TV couples has the most (and least) potential, based on the Netflix stars’ zodiac signs.
[Spoiler alert: Love Is Blind season 4 spoilers ahead.]
“Love Is Blind” | Netflix Paul and Micah: Aries/Pisces
According to Her Campus, Paul is an Aries, while Micah has a Pisces zodiac sign. It’s unsurprising that an Aries would find love in the Love Is Blind pods. Astrology indicates that Aries men like Paul are headstrong and impulsive, and they fall in love quickly. Unfortunately, they can fall out of love just as easily, which could be the case for this couple.
This is a pairing of total opposites, and opposites either attract and balance each other or clash completely. Aries is a fire sign, while Micah is the water sign Pisces.

Two new performers — Dandelion and Mantis — will make their “Tms” debuts this week alongside our reigning champion, Doll. Two of these three costumed crooners will be forced to unmask, unless the panelists decide to ring their “Ding Dong Keep It On” Bell for the third and final time this year. Recall that they previously saved Medusa in round one and Gargoyle in round two.
