Isaac Frère, also known as Isaac Petit-Frère, professionally known as Isaac Opus is a R&B and hip-hop super producer, ordained minister, professor of economics and entrepreneur who was born in Miami and was raised in Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Frère's Ph.D. thesis at the University of Miami was a notable contribution to the study of fertility, mortality and human capital investment in developing countries.
