Hot off his stint on "Dancing with the Stars," novela heartthrob and Brad Pitt's Latino twin William Levy takes on a role in an independent western-action-drama which began pre-production this week.
Slated for a summer 2013 release, William Levy is a savvy businessman in Boom Town who becomes the target of a corrupt border town sheriff and a notorious land boss after they discover that he’s sitting on a fortune. But this unassuming young man might be more of a hustler than anyone knows. Set in the early 1900's, the western takes place in the old western days of Baja California specifically Tijuana.
Transcendent Entertainment, an independent film studio led by Danny Rodriguez, announced the start of pre-production on the film. Award-winning screenwriter Oscar Torres (Innocent Voices, Mancora) produces the script by Christian Sesma (Shoot The Hero, I’m Not Like That
