- Carlos Rincon is a development executive at Premiere Entertainment Group (PEG) where he has served as executive producer on The Commando (2022) starring Mickey Rourke and Michael Jai White, Locked In (2021) starring Mena Suvari, Night of the Sicario (2021) starring Natasha Henstridge, Blowback (2022) starring Randy Couture and Cam Gigandet, Black Warrant (2022) starring Tom Berenger and Cam Gigandet, and Shrapnel (2023) starring Jason Patric. Rincon is also a highly regarded acquisitions executive known for his rapport with filmmakers as well as his deep understanding of film as both art and commerce. Over the years, he has regularly attended film festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, Toronto-TIFF, Sundance, SXSW where he identifies films, screens them, and works in tandem with the sales team to determine a project's domestic and international value.
Prior to joining PEG, Carlos Rincon was the Head of Acquisitions at Spotlight Pictures. During his time there, he acquired films that starred award-winning actors such as Jessica Chastain, Dakota Johnson, Jason Schwartzman, Katie Holmes, Jean Reno, Mila Kunis, William H. Macy, Rosamund Pike, Bill Paxton, and William Hurt. Focusing on long-term relationships, Rincon has worked on five films with the multi-talented actor and filmmaker James Franco and his production company Rabbit Bandini.
