"Now, I love Halloween, but let's face it: spookalicious drinks usually suck," Nadia Giosia, host of the Cooking Channel's Nadia G.'s Bitchin' Kitchen, tells People. "They're all looks, no substance. That's fine when choosing a boyfriend, but not with cocktails!" And because every candy-loving grownup could use a kick in their treat, Giosia has created two drinks to spice up your Halloween: a Tootsie Roll shooter that takes you back to those trick-or-treating glory days in one delectable shot, and a caramel apple punch for your bitchin'est Halloween party. Watch Nadia G. as she shows you how to make...

While wearing stilettos and cooking up a feast in a kitchen decorated with decapitated dolls, television chef Nadia G. has won the hearts of not just foodies but those whose idea of cooking is microwaving a doggie bag from the night before. Her Italian sass and bitchin' attitude is addicting. In fact, she recently received Logo's NewNow Next Award for "Most Addictive Reality Star."
Life for 31-year-old Nadia G., born Nadia Giosia, couldn't be better. A native of Montreal, her show Bitchin Kitchen has helped change stereotypes of those who love spending time in the kitchen. She's often referred to as the Julia Child of the Net generation. It all began almost a decade ago when she was running her own boutique 2.0 design/branding studio and felt something was missing. It occurred to her that what she needed was some food. In 2007 Bitchin' Kitchen debuted on the Internet and gained the attention of broadcast media.

Amateur chef and comedian Nadia Giosia broke into the competitive world of celebrity cooking with the power of her online community.
Nadia Giosia, the saucy Italian comedian behind Cooking Channel's hit show, Bitchin' Kitchen, broke into the elite world of television chefs through the grassroots enthusiasm of her fierce online fans. (How many cooking shows have fans that post pics of branded tattoos on their Facebook page?) Behind the endearing rock 'n' roll decor, scripted comedy, and zany sidekicks are some signature web elements: a celebration of amateurism, fearless editorializing, and the use of webisodes as proof-of-concept for traditional media.
The show can be difficult to conceptualize without seeing seeing some of it, so, below is a sizzle reel of highlights.
