Stephen manages Arthouse Entertainment's day-to-day operations. Arthouse is a multi-faceted entertainment company, and one of the must successful music publishers in the world; owning copyrights by Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Maroon 5, Halsey, Selena Gomez, Rihanna, Eminem, Jason Derulo, Pink, and Enrique Iglesias, among others
Stephen also manages songwriter/TV personality/A&R executive Kara DioGuardi, and produces for Film and TV.
Previous to starting Arthouse, Stephen was the General Manager of TVT Music Publishing, signing writers like Scott Storch (Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Eminem, Christina Aguilera), and Li'l Jon (Pitbull, Usher, Yin Yang Twins) among others. Prior to starting-up TVT's music-publishing operations, Mr. Finfer was Senior Director, Creative Affairs at Famous Music Publishing/Paramount Pictures. Preceding that, he was General Manager/East Coast at Universal Music Publishing, a division of UMG/Vivendi.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Finfer operated his own law firm and management company, where his clients included Dr. Dre/Deathrow Records, Master P/No Limit Records, Capitol Records, Priority Records, LOUD Records, Fleetwood Mac, House Of Pain/Everlast, and Selena Quintanilla, among others.
Mr. Finfer began his career as a litigator at the law firm of Shea & Gould in Los Angeles, before spending several years in the business affairs department of Capitol/EMI Music. Mr. Finfer is a graduate of Brandeis University, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
