- Chris began his 'showbiz' career during his early formative years. His parents, Roy & June, were the proprietors of The Gaiety Theatre, a seaside theatre in their hometown of Rhyl, North Wales, during the 1960s, 70s & 80s. As both child and teenager, Chris performed in and contributed to numerous Summer season productions and shows. A Music & Performance Graduate of Salford University, (Formerly Salford College), Chris has been performing professionally as a multi-instrumentalist (piano/vocal & saxophones) for over 25 years in the UK and abroad. He has traveled the world as resident guest entertainer on board various cruise lines including many repeat engagements on the illustrious cruise-liner 'Queen Elizabeth 2' - (inc. world cruise 1999).
A full Equity/Spotlight member, TV & Film credits include the character role of 'Johnson' in the BBC series 'El Dorado', and the role of drummer 'Griff' in Hollywood & Disney Film Director Sara Sugarman's punk rock movie 'Vinyl' (2012).
Chris's songwriter/composer credits include the Official Song of Welcome for the Commonwealth Games, Manchester, 2002 - 'Do It The Mancunian Way'.
As a Musical Theatre composer, credits include his musical theatre adaptation of Dale Wasserman's award winning play - 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest', winning Arts Council Funding, winning the inaugural 'Musical Box' Festival of New Musicals at the Lost Theatre, London, April 2015, and reaching the Final Four shortlist at the KSF Foundation awards 2016. His stage musical 'Tiebreak', is set in the world of amateur & professional tennis.
