Well, well, well. We meet again, random actor who is so excited to be part of Star Wars that they can’t keep quiet. Today’s excited culprit is Eunice Olumide — a Scottish supermodel. Speaking to Edinburgh News, the local star was interviewed about her charity work with Climate Revolution and Zero Waste Scotland. Let's start by congratulating ourselves : big claps to The Force Awakens for making all that money. I’m not going to be able to say it more concisely than the official press release:
Today, in its 50th day of release, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is expected to cross the $900 million mark at the domestic box office. It is the only film in history to reach this milestone.
In addition, on Saturday (53rd day of global release), Star Wars: The Force Awakens is expected to reach the $2 billion mark worldwide, becoming only the third film ever to do so and just the second to do it in original release.
We did it, Star Wars fans and creators, we revived the property once again! This time, maybe...
