grossing film of all time made a splash domestically, scoring the biggest U.S. opening day and weekend box office ever by a limited release Chinese-language film.
This unique tale follows a beautiful mermaid (newcomer Jelly Lin) who falls for a greedy developer (Deng Chao, Detective Dee: Mystery of the Phantom Flame) who threatens her species’ ecosystem. The unique action romance also stars Show Lo (Journey to the West), Yuqi Zhang (Lost in the Pacific) and Pierre Bourdaud (Chinese Zodiac).

Mermaids, monsters & demons. Pretty cool company, you’ll agree. Here’s the first trailer for the upcoming Empires Of The Deep movie, or if you prefer – the teaser for the whole thing, ’cause you wont find some spectacular action in this one. Just the usual stuff – the war between good and evil, only under the sea. Or something like that…
This fantasy adventure comes from diretor Michael French, it is set in ancient Greece and will tell us the story of a young man’s adventure in the undersea mermaid kingdom. In order to save his father, he will have to fight some ferocious sea monsters.
Then, there’s also a part of the story which goes like this: he gets involved in large-scale battles in the seabed between mermaids, monsters and demons. Poor man!

Armour of God III, or simply Chinese Zodiac is an upcoming Jackie Chan‘s action adventure movie which definitely deserves our full attention. Especially now, when we finally have the full trailer for the whole thing. Get ready for a little preview of the story which will show us that searching the world for a set of mystic artifacts is never an easy job. Not even for Jackie Chan!
