Apparently writers Maclain Nelson and Matt Jespersen like hockey. The main character in their film Dr. Limptooth is named Wayne Gretzky (Adam Johnson) and this non-hockey player is actually a vampire. However, Wayne has lost his ability to...er, taste for the living, as he pines for the love of his life; she died 300 years ago. Antics ensue when this history teacher finds a replacement for Mary, but soon the campus is flooded with a new breed of bloodsuckers.
