In the new trailer for “You” Season 4 Part 2, the question lingers: Will Joe (Penn Badgley) ever find redemption?
He’s been hunted like an animal, ridiculed for his class, nearly framed for murder — and that’s just since arriving in London. Joe wants to change, for real this time (he says that every time), but now he’s in the crosshairs of Rhys (Ed Speleers), an aspiring politician who hates the wealthy even more than Joe does.
Badgley made recent headlines with his comments about wanting fewer sex scenes in the series, out of fidelity to his wife and a desire to not get pigeonholed into romantic or sexually intimate roles. The Part 2 trailer shows him bonding once again with Kate (Charlotte Ritchie), but Joe has been trying to keep his distance in order to protect her.

Porter, of course, is coming off a three-season run on FX’s “Pose,” for which he won the lead...

Netflix’s “You” creators Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti are adapting another Caroline Kepnes novel for TV, this time at NBCUniversal’s streaming service Peacock.
Gamble and Berlanti are re-teaming to develop “Providence,” Kepnes’ third book, following “You” and its sequel “Hidden Bodies,” and does not take place in the same universe as her first two novels.
“Providence” tells the story of 12-year-old Jon Bronson, who, ten years ago, vanished, along with five of his classmates. Reappearing as a grown man with no recollection of his adolescence, he attempts to re-enter life and to connect with his childhood crush, Chloe Sayers, who never lost hope that Jon was out there and would one day return. But unbeknownst to him, his time away has granted him — and the others that vanished — horrific supernatural abilities. Now Jon’s own body won’t allow him to get physically close to the love of his life.

Written by Brett Matthews and Neil Reynolds
Directed by Leslie Libman
Airs Thursdays at 8pm (Et) on The CW

This week’s episode picks up on how Caroline deals with the situation, in a strong episode that brings the threat of the Travelers to the fore.
Hearing Liv’s true objective this week is an intriguing storyline. The Travelers’ issues with the doppelgangers have been well-documented this season,...
