All Scottish filmmaker Ross Howieson needs to finish his new zero budget movie is about £20,000. That's just 0.01 per cent of the £200million budget of Ridley Scott's upcoming Alien spin-off Prometheus.
Ross's movie is actually inspired by Sir Ridley and is called What Would Ridley Do?
The 29-year-old decided to make a feature film even though he could barely afford to pay his rent. What Would Ridley Do? was born after Ross saw a YouTube video in which the legendary Blade Runner director urged people: "If you want to do what I do, just go and do it, there is no excuse."
