Just as Gold Derby predicted, Cody Calafiore (aka Bb Comics’ The Cali-Fury) became the winner of “Big Brother 22” on Wednesday, October 28. He faced off against Enzo Palumbo in the final two after solely eliminating Nicole Franzel when he took the last Head of Household. (Read our minute-by-minute finale recap.) By claiming the title of “All-Stars” champion, Cody became the 15th man to win “Big Brother” across 22 seasons, compared to only seven women.

Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not yet watched the season finale of “Big Brother: All-Stars.”
In lieu of its usual live studio audience, “Big Brother” wrapped its 20th summer and yet another season of twists, surprises and controversies by awarding its second-ever “All-Stars” winner.
Host Julie Chen Moonves kicked off the night with Part 2 of the final Head of Household competition in which Cody Calafiore and Enzo Palumbo faced off to compete against Nicole Franzel who won last week’s Part 1 endurance game.
In a game of “Camera Hogs,” the two male players identified the faces of evicted houseguests and matched their photo with clues displayed on postcard boards. Then, they had to walk across a log, while avoiding getting knocked down by large pig heads swinging from side-to-side.

After 85 days of eye-rollingly predictable evictions, “Big Brother 22” finally came to an end on Wednesday night with either Nicole Franzel, Cody Calafiore or Enzo Palumbo taking home the $500,000 prize. This “All-Stars” cycle was able to happen despite the coronavirus pandemic, as the 16 houseguests were quarantined before the game began and lived inside the “Big Brother” bubble for the duration of their stay. So who did the jury pick as the winner of Season 22, and who won the special $25,000 check as America’s Favorite Houseguest?

This week the winner of “Big Brother 22” will be crowned from a group of three All-Stars that each reached the final three before. Nicole Franzel, winner of season 18, is playing for her third time overall while Cody Calafiore, runner-up of season 16, and Enzo Palumbo, third place in season 12, are both playing for their second. Earlier this season we clocked them as the likeliest set of finalists, but now the game’s earliest and most loyal alliances must crack as only one of them can win the final Head of Household to choose who sits next to them in the finale.
According to our combined predictions, Cody is the favorite to win with 53/20 odds. Enzo is who we think has the second best chance of winning with 22/1 odds and Nicole is the least likely winner with 89/1 odds. Will those odds hold as the multiple stages of the final Hoh comp unfold,...

And then there were three. With the finale of “Big Brother 22” scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, all eyes are now on which player has what it takes to go the distance and win the $500,000 grand prize.
For almost the entire season Cody Calafiore has dominated Gold Derby’s predictions, and he still leads with 53/20 odds to win. Second place goes to Enzo Palumbo with 20/1 odds, followed by Nicole Franzel at 100/1 odds. Do you agree or disagree with the predictions of your fellow fans? There’s still time to make your own picks.

Heading into the final Thursday episode of “Big Brother 22,” both Enzo Palumbo (the Head of Household winner) and Cody Calafiore (the Veto champion) had already advanced to the final three. Cody earned the sole power to evict either Christmas Abbott and Nicole Franzel, and by doing so he’d also be naming the third finalist. Did the Cali-Fury end up sending home Christmas, the person he had no allegiance with but who he could possibly beat in the end, or Nicole, his closest ally in the game but someone he’d have a tougher time winning against?

Thursday’s live episode 34 of “Big Brother” will end with the eviction of the unlucky 13th houseguest in the first 10 weeks of the competition. Six men have been sent home to date: Kaysar Ridha (week 4); Ian Terry (week 6); both Kevin Campbell and David Alexander (week 8); and Tyler Crispen (week 9). And another half dozen women have been evicted from the BB22 house: Keesha Smith (week 1); Nicole Anthony (week 2); Janelle Pierzina (week 3); Bayleigh Dayton (week 5), Da’Vonne Rogers (week 7) and Dana Briones (week 8).
Joining Ian, Da’Vonne, Kevin, David, Dani, Tyler and Memphis on the jury will be either Christmas Abbott or Nicole Frankel. Keep reading if you want all the “Big Brother 22” spoilers, including who will be leaving the house in the Week 11 eviction on October 22.

So that’s that. Cody Calafiore won the Veto on “Big Brother 22” on Saturday, which means he’s locked for final three, which means he’ll get to final two, which means he’ll win. Yawn. Look, the odds were against Christmas Abbott to win the Veto, but that was the inkling of excitement this season needed after going by the book every step of the way.
Cody is obviously not going to use the Veto and he’s the sole vote to evict this week, so the final three will be him, Enzo Palumbo and Nicole Franzel. Christmas seems to have accepted her fate. She was pissed that she was nominated because she thought Enzo had her back, which is understandable, but also, there’s limited options and she should’ve known he wasn’t going to turn against his boy. They talked it out on Sunday, with Christmas...

For the first time in 14 years, “Big Brother” aired an “All-Stars” version that welcomed back former winners, runners-up and fan favorites for a summer of grueling competition. “BB22” was able to happen despite the coronavirus pandemic, as the 16 cast members were all quarantined for two weeks prior to the August 5, 2020 move-in day. The crew of the long-running reality TV show followed all safety regulations to make sure Season 22 went off without a hitch, with Julie Chen Moonves joking she’d been “cleared” to host.

It was more of the same in the “Big Brother 22” house on Tuesday. Things alway slow down at the end, but it feels particularly hellish this season since every week has been a snooze. There was some slight wavering, but the plan remains the same, as does Memphis Garrett‘s cluelessness that he’s the actual target. So we could possibly see a blindside on Thursday. We’ve probably already jinxed it by saying it out loud.
Enzo Palumbo ostensibly started having second thoughts about sending out Memphis over Christmas Abbott, whom he thinks would take Nicole Franzel to final two over him and Cody Calafiore. But Cody quickly killed that by arguing that Enzo is a bigger comp threat and would beat anyone in the final, so he’s gotta go. Enzo then touched base with Christmas, telling her that they need to have each other’s back in...

As of this writing, Cody Calafiore is still the odds-on favorite to win “Big Brother 22” and top the second full cast of All-Stars. Cody first played the game in season 16 and placed second as part of one of the strongest alliances in history. This time he once again played within a large alliance, but without Derrick Levasseur around to make all the decisions, Cody stepped up to the plate and did the work for himself. Did he do enough to earn the jury’s respect and their votes?

A relatively quiet week in the “Big Brother” house ended with the eviction of Tyler Crispen on Thursday night, just one week after the 25-year old took a shot at Season 18 champ Nicole Franzel, but missed. Tyler and Christmas Abbott were caught on the wrong side of the vote when they attempted to oust Nicole during last week’s triple eviction, putting them in the crosshairs of Head of Household Cody Calafiore. After Cody won the Veto as well, Nicole, Memphis Garrett and Enzo Palumbo evicted Tyler over Christmas by a vote of 3-0, sending the Season 18 runner-up out the front door to meet host Julie Chen Moonves.
“I was definitely coming after Memphis and Cody,” Tyler admitted in his exit interview when asked if they made the right choice to evict him. “I thought they were the strongest competitors and the biggest threats to win and I think they viewed me the same way.

Tyler Crispen is one of the most-liked people to ever play “Big Brother,” even winning “America’s Favorite Player” in Season 20. However, his game is now on the line as he’s one of two houseguests up for eviction on Thursday night — the other being Christmas Abbott. Even though Tyler is seen as a huge target in the game by his cohorts, he warned viewers that “it’s not over yet” at the end of Wednesday’s episode.

Kevin Campbell was the block star of “Big Brother 22,” getting nominated five times. But after four weeks of being the pawn, he was Cody Calafiore‘s target this time. The Season 11 alum made amends with Cody after making him “big mad” and attempted to leverage David Alexander‘s decision to take the $10,000 during Otev into a vote-flip, but alas, he was evicted 6-0 in the first of Thursday’s triple eviction.
Kevin, however, does not regret that argument with Cody, but he is bummed about how the season has been shaking out with the Committee ruling week in and week out with no power shift. Get his thoughts on his exit and the game below.
Gold Derby: Do you think you would’ve been any less of a target if you hadn’t made Cody “big mad” during that argument?

In a historic triple eviction episode, Kevin Campbell was the first All-Star sent packing on “Big Brother” Thursday night when he was evicted by a vote of 6-0 over David Alexander. Head of Household Cody Calafiore had made it clear that Kevin was his target after the Season 11 veteran burned his ego, stating, “The world doesn’t revolve around you, Cody.” After the votes were read, Kevin opted not to hug his fellow houseguests before walking out the door to meet host Julie Chen Moonves.
“It’s all fake Julie, you know it’s all fake stuff!” Kevin exclaimed in his exit interview when asked why he left in such a hurry. “I just didn’t want to have those fake hugs, I want happy hugs.” He did admit to being surprised by the unanimous eviction. “I thought I would get a few pity votes from maybe Dani [Briones] or Enzo...

Grab the popcorn, “Big Brother” fans, because we’re about to experience something we’ve never seen before: a triple eviction.
Heading into Thursday’s two-hour live episode, Kevin Campbell and David Alexander had both been nominated for eviction by Head of Household Cody Calafiore. After Cody won the Otev Veto challenge he chose to keep his noms the same, meaning one of the two guys would be sent to the jury house first during the historic triple. But how did the rest of the episode play out? Did the Committee members finally turn on themselves, or did they successfully make it into the Final 6?

Wednesday in the “Big Brother 22” house was spent the same way most Wednesdays are: discussing future eviction plans instead of the direct next one. Except this time the houseguests think they’re planning for a double, maybe triple eviction, but they also don’t know why they would be told about it.
Listen, no one does. Guess the silver lining is that they’re so incredulous that they’d be warned about a triple eviction that they don’t believe it will happen. That means they still will be somewhat surprised on Thursday night, which is all we can cling to at this moment. Their skepticism over a triple amounts to two things: 1) Why would production hint at it? 2) They don’t think the show has enough time to do three evictions in one episode. Leave it to David Alexander to clock it: “Unless it’s a two-hour live special.

With Cody Calafiore winning his second Head of Household competition this week on “Big Brother 22” and continuing the streak of his alliance strictly nominating players outside their group, we must ask the question: how does The Committee rank against the great alliances in Bb history? Cody has been aligned with Christmas Abbott, Nicole Franzel, Memphis Garrett, Tyler Crispen and Dani Briones in a so-far-unbreakable alliance of six since Memphis corralled the group during his own Hoh reign in week 2. As of this week, they have won 7/8 Hoh and 5/8 Power of Veto comps.

We know what you’re thinking, “Big Brother 22” fans: did David Alexander really go for a $10,000 prize instead of fighting for his life in the Veto competition? Yes. Yes, he did. Now David is starting to wonder whether he made the ultimate “mistake” as we head into Thursday’s triple eviction episode.
David and Kevin Campbell began Wednesday’s Veto episode nominated for eviction by Head of Household Cody Calafiore. After Cody made it known that Kevin was his true target, David started to feel a bit too comfortable. During the Otev comp, David opted not to participate in any of the musical chair rounds because he chose to play the $10,000 T-shirt prize instead. The other houseguests were shocked — mostly because that meant they couldn’t have the money, but also because he didn’t apparently care about his life in the game.

He’s baaack! No, we’re not talking about new “neighbor” Dr. Will Kirby, winner of “Big Brother” Season 2. We’re referring to Otev, the riddle-obsessed creature who returns every summer to host a Veto competition. Heading into Wednesday’s episode, Kevin Campbell and David Alexander had both been nominated for eviction by Head of Household Cody Calafiore. But Otev held the power to save one of them, depending on who won the musical chairs-esque challenge. So did the Veto end up removing either Kevin or David from the chopping block?

Just when we thought we might actually have something to look forward to on “Big Brother 22,” the show does the most ineffable thing possible — let’s call it “pulling a David” — and hinted at the impending triple eviction to the houseguests on Tuesday. Live shot of us:

Really, we should’ve seen this coming since everything about this season has gone to hell. The houseguests got a video message from Dr. Will Kirby on Tuesday afternoon in which he told them to think “three steps ahead.” Oh, and it was played twice to drive the point further home. They were all confused and came to the conclusion that there will be three evictions this week, but that the first eviction would be a fast-forward week on Tuesday or Wednesday with a double eviction on Thursday. Even David Alexander put the pieces together (to be fair, it’s not...

Monday was yet another humdrum day in the “Big Brother 22” house. Cody Calafiore did not use the Veto (duh), so one of Kevin Campbell and David Alexander will be the first evictee of Thursday’s triple eviction. All signs still point to Kevin since that’s what Cody wants. But some of the Committee are pushing back while others are trying to look ahead.
This dissension will ultimately amount to nothing because, well, when has it ever this season? But Dani Briones still wants David out, and obviously Memphis Garrett supports bouncing his nemesis too. “I don’t understand why Cody is the one that wants it so we are all doing it,” she complained to Memphis about evicting Kevin. “Why cant we discuss the options? It’s kind of annoying.”

At this rate, even Thursday’s triple eviction on “Big Brother 22” will be boring. Cody Calafiore won Otev on Saturday, so Kevin Campbell and David Alexander remain the nominees, and Cody will push for the former to go. But we have the latter to thank for some sort of entertainment this week.
