Maxon Davis
- Actor
Maxon Davis grew up exploring the mountains and rivers of Montana. An accomplished athlete, he attended Olympic trials for hockey and the Buffalo Sabres' training camp. At UC Berkeley, he earned a National Merit Scholarship.
After college, he worked on the US Senate staff of Max Baucus (D-MT), clerked in a law firm, and studied sports medicine before pursuing theater full time.
Successes in the Bay Area brought Maxon to the downtown theater scene in New York, where he worked primarily on new plays and Shakespeare, while continuing to work regionally. When a faculty member saw his work, he was invited to attend the MFA program at The Shakespeare Theater in DC.
Shortly after returning to NYC, he became the Assoc. Artistic Director of The Shakespeare Forum, where he expanded programming and built several productions. He has over 25 NYC theater credits and 20 regional theater credits.
Film work brought him to Los Angeles. Or maybe it was the avocados and fish tacos.
