A modern take on the story of Dracula is coming in 2013 from writer and director Creep Creepersin.
Check out the official poster below the synopsis and production notes for Creep Creepersin's Dracula.
Synopsis
Creep Creepersin’s Dracula is a very modern take on not just the story of Dracula but also the legacy that the story has left on our society. We begin our tale inside a huge mansion where Dracula (Peter Stickles) has been kept for many years. His only visitors are his servant, Dwight (Bruce L. Hart) and his physician Dr. Van Sloan (Domiziano Arcangeli). Dracula’s estranged wife Francine (Elina Madison) also pays him visits but more so to mock him. Something is very wrong with Dracula and through this film, we find out what that mysterious illness is. All we know is that there is a change happening to him that...

Here is the frankly unnerving one-sheet poster for Creep Creepersin’s Dracula which stars Peter Stickles, Bruce Hart, Domiziano Arcangeli, Elissa Dowling and Elina Madison. You have to admit it’s an incredibly strange image given the subject matter… Check out the poster and press release below:

Filming will start in Los Angeles this month on Dog Fight, a horror film which also includes action, crime and torture elements.
According to the official description, the plot "revolves around an underground fighting ring whose competitors are made up of women who have been kidnapped and 'broken' - essentially being turned into rabid dogs psychologically."
But, despite that potentially controversial storyline, you may be surprised to learn it's been scripted by two women and has two female producers.
Written by Jen Soska and Sylvia Soska (pictured top), the twin team behind Dead Hooker in a Trunk, it is being directed by Sean-Michael Argo, whose feature Fable: Teeth of Beasts screened at the Cannes Film Festival.
The film is produced by Tara Cardinal (pictured above right), who recently finished shooting action/fantasy flick Legend of the Red Reaper, and Devanny Pinn who, aside from appearances in Piranha 3D and the upcoming sci-fi thriller 15 Till Midnight,...

Devanny Pinn is probably the hardest working up and comer in the indie horror film scene. She just recently had a role in the very mainstream Piranha 3-D, but she balances that out with credible indie work in such titles as Song of the Shattered, 15 Till Midnight and the upcoming (and possibly cult classic- Dog Fight). And just for your info, she wants people to know that she is 22, not 21 like her IMDb profile says! I had the chance to ask her a few questions. Here is what she had to say.
(For more info. on Devanny visit http://devannypinn.net/ or to help out with her charity that she is associated with visit http://costumesforkids.net/ )
So for those unfamiliar with Devanny Pinn, who is she and what is she all about?
Hmm... Devanny Pinn....I think I know her. They call me the horror Barbie.."they" as in...

Dogfight, produced by Tara Cardinal and Devanny Pinn, and scripted by Jen and Sylvia Soska (Dead Hooker in a Trunk), pits woman against woman in a violent fight for survival.
The film, which is still in preproduction, is a low budget indie and will be directed by Sean Michael Argo. Dogfight will feature actors Tara Cardinal, Elske McCain, Tara Alexis, Rachel Grubb, Jose Rosete, Devanny Pinn, Bill Oberst Jr, Jen Soska and Sylvia Soska.
The small synopsis so far states: Kidnapped girls are trained to live and fight as dogs in a high priced underground ring.
I wonder if that means they fight Like dogs literally? Like, do they have to bite each other instead of punching? God, I hope so.
The film starts filming in Los Angeles, California in September, 2010. More as we hear it.

Fable: Teeth of Beasts Poster
Dark Roast Releasing is a distribution company that was formed this year, which focuses on modern, independent films. One of their newest acquisitions is Fable: Teeth of Beasts, which will show at this year's Fantasia Film Festival. However, after watching the film's trailer and perusing the Fable movie poster, carefully, a better title for the film could have been Fable: Teeth of Breasts. The trailer is flashy, but offers almost no info' on the story. As well, Fable seems out to titillate rather than deliver anything cohesive, or coherent. Yet, some fans might find the eye candy charming as character Lilith Noir (Melantha Blackthorne) blasts away at any and almost every man she comes in contact with, in this clip.
The synopsis for Fable: Teeth of Beasts here:
