"I have an idea... that is poetic in its justice." Pantelion Films has unveiled a official trailer for the comedy remake Overboard, updating the 1987 movie with Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell. The plot is about a spoiled, wealthy yacht owner who is thrown overboard and becomes the target of revenge from his mistreated employee. We featured the first trailer for this late last year, and the release is coming up in April. This new version of Overboard stars Eugenio Derbez and Anna Faris, as well as Eva Longoria, John Hannah, Swoosie Kurtz, Josh Segarra, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Emily Maddison, and Mel Rodriguez. This looks amusing, a bit cheesy, with some revenge humor you may love or may hate. How many people are familiar with the original? Is it really necessary to remake this? Maybe it's just all about getting back at the rich man. Here's the new official trailer for Bob Fisher & Rob Greenberg's Overboard,...

"I have an idea that is poetic in its justice." Pantelion Films has released the official trailer for a remake of an 80's comedy titled Overboard, from first-time movie directors Bob Fisher & Rob Greenberg. The plot is about a spoiled, wealthy yacht owner who is thrown overboard and becomes the target of revenge from his mistreated employee. It's a remake of the 1987 December comedy directed by Garry Marshall and starring Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell. This new version of Overboard stars Eugenio Derbez and Anna Faris, plus Eva Longoria, John Hannah, Swoosie Kurtz, Josh Segarra, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Emily Maddison, and Mel Rodriguez. This looks a bit too wacky for my tastes, especially when she brings him home and makes him do all the work and daddy duties. Yeah, I get it, just not my kind of comedy. Dive in & have fun. Here's the first trailer for Bob Fisher & Rob Greenberg's Overboard,...

"Five little Rangers - how cute." Lionsgate has unveiled another brand new 60-second trailer for the Power Rangers movie, directed by Dean Israelite, in theaters in March - about a month from now. The full trailer hit just last month, but this new trailer has even more footage - including a few scenes with Rita Repulsa gearing up to take on the cute little Power Rangers. The cast is lead by: Naomi Scott as The Pink Ranger, Becky G. as The Yellow Ranger, Ludi Lin as The Black Ranger, Rj Cyler as The Blue Ranger, and Dacre Montgomery as The Red Ranger. Also starring Bryan Cranston as Zordon, Bill Hader as the voice of Alpha 5, Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, as well as David Denman, Sarah Grey, Emily Maddison, and Caroline Cave. I'm not sure if this will be any good in the end, but it does look like it'll be fun to see.

"It's Morphin' time!" Lionsgate has debuted a second trailer for their new Power Rangers movie, directed by Dean Israelite (Project Almanac). This definitely looks like a lot like Chronicle with a bit of Iron Man, but instead of a billionaire engineer, we have five high school kids who end up gaining superpowers and stepping into colorful sci-fi suits. This actually looks more entertaining than I was expecting, but I'm still not sure if it's going to be any good. Here's the second official trailer...

Expectations are reserved, to say the least, when it comes to next year’s live-action Power Rangers reboot. The response to the first trailer was, shall we say, a little contentious, and beyond the occasional Bryan Cranston-lead headline, it’s hard for fans to muster up too much excitement for the upcoming spring blockbuster. But it is coming, whether good or bad, and as the days start dwindling down, we’re getting more looks at what director Dean Israelite holds in store for us. That includes our first look at Goldar, a character who’ll most certainly live up to his name, it seems.
The glimpse comes from the film’s official toy line, which showcases a character that is nearly as gold plated as anything seen in this year’s Gods of Egypt. Perhaps it’s no coincidence that both films come under Lionsgate’s banner? Of course,...

It doesn't seem like fans have been too thrilled about the upcoming Power Rangers movie. Most of the redesigned stuff that has been revealed seem to have caused some disappointment. For those of you who haven't really cared for what they've seen from the film so far, I don't think the latest reveal of what the villain Goldar looks like is going to help.
Above is an image of the original Goldar, and below you'll find that the filmmakers and designers took the name and just ran with it by creating a melting gold type creature. Like most of the other reveals, this one comes in action figure form, and you can see the photos below.
I recently met a guy who watched an early screening of the film, and he absolutely hated it. He said that the Rangers don't even morph until the final 15-20 minutes of the film,...

"I'm not the same..." Lionsgate has revealed the first full-length teaser trailer for the new live-action Power Rangers movie, from the director of Project Almanac. They're bringing back the classic colored superkids for an epic sci-fi movie and it looks pretty cool at first glance. The cast is lead by: Naomi Scott as The Pink Ranger, Becky G. as The Yellow Ranger, Ludi Lin as The Black Ranger, Rj Cyler as The Blue Ranger, and Dacre Montgomery as The Red Ranger. This also features Bryan Cranston as Zordon, Bill Hader as the voice of Alpha 5, Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, as well as David Denman, Sarah Grey, Emily Maddison, and Caroline Cave. This teaser ends right when it's getting good (revealing their outfits), but so far I'm admittedly intrigued. This trailer also features the song "I Walk The Line" by Halsey. Take a look. Here's the first teaser trailer (+ poster...
