James Pickens Jr. deserves an Emmy!
On Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 7, it was a Richard-centric hour that was moving and gave the "Chief" time to shine. Also, Catherine has an uphill battle when she gets diagnosed with cancer.
Jackson and Maggie hit a snag in their relationship, and what do our Grey's Fanatics expect to see in the midseason finale?
Join TV Fanatics Rachelle Lewis, Stacy Glanzman, Paul Dailly, and Kim Russell as the discuss the episode.
Catherine has cancer. React.
Rachelle: I think I would like this storyline better if Richard wasn’t already dealing with so much. He lost his sponsor, Frankie, and he is barely hanging on to his sobriety.
I was hoping it was a false alarm, but I knew it would be cancer because hello, this is Grey’s Anatomy. I am not on board yet but going to give it a couple of episodes...

the series captured the essence of a holiday honoring the dead on Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 6.
It resulted in a touching tribute to past characters, some background on Link, and a smoking hot kiss between Nico and Levi.
Join TV Fanatics Stacy Glanzman, Rachelle Lewis, Paul Dailly, and Kim Russell as they discuss the hour!
On a scale of 1-10, how emotional did this episode (and that tribute) make you?
Stacy: 10 for the tribute alone. It took me by surprise and was a touching thank you to the longtime fans. I definitely had tears in my eyes.
It was great to see George, Lexie, Derek, etc., again, but the fact that they even included Doc the dog sent me over the edge. I also thought the Spanish version of "Chasing Cars" was a nice touch.
Rachelle: 10. The tribute was phenomenal. I could not stop crying. It was such a touching...

There were some fun new dynamics on Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 5.
Also, after an in-depth talk with Meredith, Teddy made the decision to tell Owen the truth about her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Amelia and Owen spent the day posted outside of Betty's school to make sure she didn't get into trouble.
Join TV Fanatics Rachelle Lewis, Stacy Glanzman, and Kim Russell as they discuss the hour.
Teddy explained why she was holding off on telling Owen the truth. What are your thoughts on her reasoning?
Rachelle: I agree with her reasoning. She loves him plain and simple. Teddy didn’t want to mess up the happiness Owen has found. I do think she is correct in the sense that Owen can’t be alone.
He does go from woman to woman. I felt for her as she was explaining herself to Meredith. She is alone, confused and pregnant.
That being said...

Grey Sloan Memorial has a new Chief, for now.
On Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 3, Alex's first day as interim chief did not go smoothly. Richard is in dire need of a new sponsor, and where the hell was Jackson? Better yet, who the hell was Jackson?
Join TV Fanatics Stacy Glanzman, Paul Dailly, Rachelle Lewis, and Kim Russell as they discuss "Gut Feeling."
What are your thoughts about Alex's first day as Chief?
Stacy: I wasn't a fan. I understand that it's his first day, and he's inexperienced, but they didn't need to make him look like a moron. Alex has proven time and time again that he's a smart, capable doctor.
Yes, he's going to stumble and make mistakes, but I don't buy that he would confuse a monthly budget with a quarterly one, or that he wouldn't take more time to consider how he spends the money.

Grey's Anatomy is back for its fifteenth season, and so is our panel of Grey's Fanatics.
Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 1 and Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 2 were solid hours of the series and started the season off on a strong footing.
Join Rachelle Lewis, Stacy Glanzman, Paul Dailly, and Kim Russell, as they discuss the premiere!
Alex is the new Interim Chief. React!
Rachelle: I love that Alex is interim chief. I think it will be a great challenge for him. Bailey wants the job back eventually and, in all likelihood, Alex will realize it takes him away from his love of pediatrics too much.
In the meantime, it will be entertaining to watch him fight with his colleagues and deal with all the bureaucracy that he has never been a fan of in the past. It's just funny that Alex of all people is now chief. The character has come...

Stuart Archibald and Bram Williams
New Sydney strategy agency Archibald/Williams has won digital duties for chicken restaurant chain Nando’s.
Nando’s adds to an impressive client list for the fledgling outfit, which has already won News Limited, Sportingbet, Syngenta and the charity White Ribbon - just a few months after launching.
Nando’s marketing director Kim Russell said she appointed Aw because “of the mould breaking digital work they have been involved with for clients in London and New York.”
Partners Stuart Archibald and Bram Williams worked together at digital and direct agency Archibald Ingall Stretton – a London-based network now owned by Havas – in New York before moving back home to start the new venture.
Aw takes on a brief to handle Nando’s strategic and creative digital work to acquire and retain customers, and will line up with ad agency Banjo, which handles Nando’s brand advertising.

Red Rooster ad star
Nando's ad star
Red Rooster has launched an ad that uses the same actor who starred in ads for rival fast food chicken chain Nando’s three years ago.
The new ad, created by 303Lowe Perth, features a big-haired character sitting through a focus group, who suggests there is not enough fried tropical fruit on the Red Rooster menu.
The ad promotes the return of Red Rooster’s Hawaiian Pack meal offer.
The ad comes three years after Nando’s launched a series of ads to find Australia’s favourite chicken – which also featured Melbourne-based actor Hernan Palacio playing a big-haired Latino character.
Red Rooster was unavailable for comment, while 303Lowe Perth avoided Mumbrella’s calls and emails.
Nando’s marketing director Kim Russell declined to comment.
Palacio confirmed he was in both ads and has not appeared in any other commercials.
Besides acting, Palacio runs...

Chicken chain Nando’s has appointed Match as its media agency after a credentials presentation.
Nando’s is a new sponsor of MasterChef, announced yesterday, and a new campaign will launch around the show on Sunday.
It is unclear how the brand will be integrated into the show, although the association is likely to be around flame-grilling.
“We’ve had to think laterally about how to integrate the brand with the show, as MasterChef is obviously about using food from scratch that isn’t cooked,” said Match strategy director Ian Czencz. “But MasterChef is also about good cooking, so there’s a clear fit there.”
Match takes on the business, which Nando’s formerly handled inhouse. Nando’s recently appointed Banjo as its creative agency.
Kim Russell, marketing director, Nando’s Australia said: “Match have worked tirelessly to deliver the optimum media solution to elevate Nando’s brand awareness. We...

Nando’s, one of Australia’s most prominent tactical advertisers, has appointed Sydney-based Banjo as its creative agency.
The news comes almost one year after the chicken burger chain parted ways with long-time incumbent, Melbourne’s The Sphere Agency.
Since then, Nando’s has been running its advertising inhouse and working with agencies on a project basis.
Nando’s marketing chief Kim Russell confirmed the news.
Russell told Mumbrella in June last year that one of the reasons Nando’s split with The Sphere Agency was over the agency’s fee.
However, she would not give reasons behind the appointment of Banjo, or say whether there was a pitch involved.
Nando’s became well known for tactical advertising while working with The Sphere Agency, and continued to run tactical ads while without an agency.
Its latest effort was around the Labor leadership contest.
