- Jason is the third of five children born to Michael and Karen Jensen. He grew up on a ranch on the Utah/Nevada border where he attended a small, private Christian school. Early in his life, he had a passion for filmmaking and would often entail the help of his two younger brothers to make short films. At age 17 Jason took the GED, and then enrolled at Snow College where he majored in Theatre Performance. After his freshman year at Snow College, Jason served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Roseville, California. Upon returning home from his mission, Jason moved to Provo, Utah. Later that same year he met and married Anne Marie Betts. While working at a custom sportswear company in Provo, Jason met Richard Dutcher and worked as an unofficial intern for his production company. This encouraged Jason to get back into acting and the film industry. He soon met casting director Shawn Mehling and was cast as an extra in High School Musical (2006) and as a stand-in in The Last Sin Eater (2007). He also got lead parts in the independent films The Adventures of Y, Snow Globe, and White Out.- IMDb Mini Biography By: geminicasting
