Adam Shapiro has worked in the industry as a producer, writer, and director. He has brought his unique brand of humor and creativity to both scripted and unscripted projects on broadcast and cable networks.
Adam has worked on AGT since season 2 and currently serves as the Co-Executive Producer on NBC's America's Got Talent for over a decade. During his tenure on the show, Got Talent has consistently dominated the ratings for summer alternative programming and is recognized as the most successful reality show format in the entire world. With his extensive experience, he continues to write, direct and create new programming/exclusive formats for his own development as well.
Adam is comfortable and prolific in any reality genre and spearheads brand partnership creatives as well.
