Conan O'Brien is set to host his new late-night TBS talk show from a historic soundstage in Burbank, CA.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, O'Brien will film his show on Stage 15 at the Warner Bros. lot. Stage 15, which was used to film such classic movies as 'Golddiggers of 1935,' 'Giant,' 'Ghostbusters' and 'Oceans 12,' currently houses 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' and O'Brien's soon-to-be TBS cohort, 'George Lopez Tonight.'
Jon Gilbert, President of Studio Facilities, said Warner Bros. was "absolutely thrilled" to have Conan onboard.
The new, as yet untitled hour-long talk show debuts in November. Airing Monday through Thursday nights, it will mark Conan's return to late-night television after he was ousted in January by Jay Leno as the host of 'The Tonight Show' after only a few months in the job.
Following a very public falling out with both Leno and NBC,...

New York -- Conan O'Brien will host his TBS late-night show from historic Stage 15 on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank.
The facility will now be the location for three daily series as "Lopez Tonight" and "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" also emanate from there.
TBS and Warner Bros. are both part of entertainment conglomerate Time Warner.
"I can't wait to interview the cast of 'Jersey Shore' on the same lot where they filmed 'Casablanca,'" O'Brien said.
O'Brien will host his hourlong, yet-to-be-titled show Mondays through Thursdays at 11 p.m.
"We are absolutely thrilled to have Conan and his team come to the Warner Bros. Studios to produce his new series, which we believe will bring a wonderful energy and lots of fun to our campus," said Jon Gilbert, president of Warner Bros. Studio Facilities.

In Which We Meet Isobel
We pick off from last week with Alaric still reeling from Isobel's appearance at the bar. Isobel, meanwhile, is acting as if nothing has happened and treats their reunion as if he was an old flame from back in the day. Alaric doesn't appreciate this and wants some answers, but Isobel only has one thing in mind and that's meeting Elena, which she demands that Alaric set up. Ric tells his dead ex wife that she can take her ass straight to hell, because he's not doing squat. Au contraire, dear Alaric.

'Beauty and the Beast' was the theme on last night's Vampire Diaries as we saw the return of Bonnie (Yay!), more snooping from Jon Gilbert (Booo!!!), and the seeds being laid for a Delena pairing. Oh and Stefan is up under the wagon now.
The Set Up
Stefan arrives at school with a new swag in his step. Everyone notices it, even Elena, who Stefan eases with news of him being back on the wagon. But it's a bold faced lie as Stefan goes to his trunk (after sending Elena off, of course) where he has packs of blood stored like a bagged lunch. So sad…
Damon has a meeting with Sheriff Forbes and Jon Gilbert, who reveal that the Mystic Falls Blood Bank was hit hard, which explains the blood bags in Stefan's car. Jon suggests that he and Damon work on the case. Of course, Damon...

David Anders joined the cast of The Vampire Diaries last night and, damn, did he bring some crazy revelations with him, as well!!!!
The Set Up
Stefan gets his body back in shape by working out in ways that a million young women will keel over and die from. But here comes Damon to spoil the mood by mocking his brother for drinking human blood from the blood bank, which to him isn't a bad thing. Stefan says that it is still wrong and that he is getting his blood lust back in check. Damon toys with Stefan with his own glass of blood and showing us that Stefan's 'resolve' is as shaky as a Hollywood marriage post award season.
Elena, Jeremy, and Jenna get an extremely unwelcome guest in the form of Jon Gilbert (special guest star David Anders), Elena and Jeremy's uncle through their late father. He has...

The 16th annual Bradford International Film Festival, which will run March 18-28, is a total celebration of all forms of cinema, from classic films to modern world cinema to a tribute to Cinerama and more. But, most excitingly, is a bombastic collection of some of the best, most exciting underground films being made today.
From Bad Lit’s perspective, the most thrilling screening of the entire 10-day affair is the new film by British filmmaker Peter Whitehead, Terrorism Considered as One of the Fine Arts. In the U.S., Whitehead is a “lost” filmmaker from the underground’s heyday in the ’60s, being left out of most histories of the underground movement. Whitehead directed several influential films, including Wholly Communion and The Fall, before dropping out of filmmaking in the mid-’70s.
Film historian Jack Sargeant wrote extensively about and interviewed Whitehead for his wonderful book on Beat cinema, Naked Lens.
