Glyn Angell was born in Chichester, West Sussex. In 1998 he was spotted by an agency while shooting his role in the educational television series Zig Zag: Tudor Life (BBC); a role he gained through a youth theatre group. This led to roles within professional television, film, radio and theatre. He is best known as Murdoch in The Ghost Hunter (BBC).
A member of the award winning Chichester Festival Youth Theatre 1998 - 2005, newspapers described him as a 'Darkly comic performer.'.
