Sheila is a classically trained chef and has done several guest appearances as a culinary expert and celebrity chef for Kraft Foods, Real Simple Magazine, NordicWare, Caphalon, Taste of Home and various food and wine festivals.
Sheila came to the culinary world only recently after being talked into entering a national cooking competition. Her main dish won out of 6,000 entrants.
