Was first in a band with other British Columbians called the Matthew
Good Band, which broke up in 2001 after releasing "The Audio of Being".
He followed up as a single artist in 2003 with "Avalanche" and "White
Light Rock & Roll Review" in 2004.
At Last There Is Nothing Left To Say, a book of his online Manifestos
from 1998-2000 was compiled published in 2001 by Insomniac
Press.
His biggest musical aspiration was to open for The Who - he has done so
on two different occasions.
Is good friends with LA blogger Tony Pierce.
Didn't begin playing guitar until age 20.
The first available recording of Matthew Good is from a demo tape
called "...And In Closing" by The Rodchester Kings, of which he was the
singer/songwriter.
Finished his "Put Out Your Lights" tour. (November 2004)
Released 4th studio album entitled, "Vancouver," followed by touring. (October 2009)
Just finished recording his third solo studio album,
entitled "Hospital Music," over the past few months. (June 2007)
Released the single "Oh Be Joyful" for his upcoming album
"Matthew Good: In A Coma 1995-2005; This will be a greatest hits
album (July 2005)
Released his second single from "White Light Rock & Roll
Review", "It's Been A While Since I Was Your Man". (2004)
