- Richard is an award winning producer, actor and writer whose films have screened on four continents. He is also one of the organizers of The Greenwich Village Film Festival in New York. He was born in Scotch Plains, New Jersey and after graduating from Muskingum University in Ohio, Richard served in The Peace Corps in The Philippines and Southeast Asia. After returning to the states, he began his teaching career which would last 25 years. Retiring from teaching at the age of 50, Richard began working at The Museum of Television of Television & Radio, renamed The Paley Center for Media. It was there that he he met director, 'Rick MCKay', who was making a documentary about Broadway called "Broadway: The Golden Age." Having been the Official Archivist for Academy Award winning actresses, 'Eva Marie Saint' and 'Kim Hunter', Richard initially became an archivist on the documentary which led to him soon becoming an Associate Producer on the project.
