His debut film, Through Rose Colored Lenses, garnered high accolades, earning the award of Best Cinematography at FEEDBACK: Romance and Relationships Film Festival, along with five additional acceptances into film festivals across Central Florida.
Beyond filmmaking, Forma is a skilled self-taught musician in guitar, piano, and drums. He is currently in post-production on his second film, The Shepherd, a short film that explores the themes of religion, family, and acceptance.
Outside of work he can be found at local drum circles, watching the sunrise at the beach and spending time with his family.
