Mark was born in St. Louis, Missouri, but moved to Connecticut when he was 12.
He is also a professional photographer.
Graduated from Newtown High School in Newtown, Connecticut.
Originally attended for Fordham University in the Bronx, but later transferred to Lehigh University, where he earned a degree in Economics.
In 1997, he traveled to Barcelona, Spain for a seemingly short stay. He has yet to leave.
Won the Aborigen Trophy in Best Actor category at the Arnedo Film Festival (Spain) 2013 for his role in the award-winning short YOU & ME, written and directed by Rafa Russo.
Is fluent in Spanish and has a strong command of Catalán.
He plays guitar and is left handed.
The youngest of three brothers, his year older brother, Michael, is a chef and his twin brother, Matt, is in sales.
Plays an astrophysicist in Calexico's music video for their song, "Splitter".
