Nick Edney

Nick is currently the co-portfolio manager for proprietary event driven
trading at Bank of America in New York. Event driven trading consists
of two portfolios, merger arbitrage and relative value, and is part of
a larger proprietary arbitrage-trading group. Nick's responsibilities
include research and analysis, idea generation, investment allocation
and portfolio management.
Nick's past professional experiences include four years doing financial analysis and valuation work in the Economic Consulting group at KPMG LLP, in New York and Denver. Prior to KPMG, he spent two years in Washington, D.C. doing antitrust analysis for Economists Inc. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Spanish, from Bates College. Nick spent a semester of college study in Valencia, Spain, and spent his high school years at Brentwood School, in Brentwood, England, where he is originally from.
