It's the case of the sniffles heard around the country. The small noises made by Donald Trump throughout the first presidential debate didn't go unnoticed. Social media users and late-night comedians were quick to comment on the Republican nominee's sniffles, many making comparisons to recent health concerns raised about his opponent, Hillary Clinton. Some Twitter users joked that Trump's sniffles were the result of pneumonia, an obvious reference to the Democratic nominee's recent bout with the illness. Several mock accounts were made dedicated to the topic. #MakeAmericaSniffAgain— Trump's sniffle (@TrumpSniffle) September 27, 2016 Trump keeps sniffing. This is making Hillary look healthy.

Jenny McCarthy is standing up for her family. The cousin of "Identity Thief" star Melissa McCarthy found Rex Reed's review of the movie to be out of line, especially when he called Melissa "tractor-sized" and a "female hippo."
"I don't have the whole story, but, I do know that, after being in this business 20 years, it's really crummy that you get attacked in your personal life in general," McCarthy tells E! Online. "For anyone to attack like that, it's just wrong and hurtful, and it doesn't do anyone any good -- not even Rex Reed, you know? ... She's very very talented and people know that, so...He can go to hell."
"Bridesmaids" director Paul Feig went a less politically correct route when he caught wind of Reed's slight. "For his catty and school bully name-calling of the supremely talented Melissa McCarthy, I cordially invite Mr. Rex Reed to go f**k himself,...

HollywoodNews.com: A lot of celebs and yours truly got a sneak peek at the eighth season of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” last night and this much I can tell you: Larry David has imperiled Jewish-Arab relations, satirized the entire mosque-near-Ground Zero saga, and rehabilitates the reputation of retired Boston Red Sox player Bill Buckner. Basically, “Curb” returns on Sunday night kicking ass, with writing so sublime and over the edge that once you’ve seen it, most network comedies (with the exception of “30 Rock,” “The Office,” and “Modern Family”) just not matter.
In the audience at the Time Warner Center were not only Larry David and Jeff Garlin, but Cheryl Hines (out and about with boyfriend Robert Kennedy Jr.), director (and great comedian) David Steinberg, Susie Essman, J.B. Smoove, future guest stars Aida Turturro, Ana Gasteyer and Amy Landecker, actor Richard Kind (star of HBO’s upcoming “Luck”), Regis and Joy Philbin,...

Legendary artist LeRoy Neiman doesn't normally go anywhere without his sketchpad. But he did the other night at the Friars Club, where he was roasted at an event staged by his good pals Broadway producers Irv Welzer and Herb Blodgett, and emceed by Mark Simone. The roasters included Freddie Roman, Stewie Stone, Dick Capri, Mickey (of the old "Sgt. Bilko" show) Freeman, and Larry ("F- Troop") Storch. Leading the applause was ex-heavyweight champ Larry Holmes, former Mayor David Dinkins...
