In the second round of the 2002 NCAA Tournament, Dixon surpassed Len
Bias to become Maryland's all-time leading scorer. At the tournmant's
end, he had amassed 2,269 points, top-ten all-time in the ACC.
His brother, Phil, was a Division III All-American point guard at
Shenandoah University. He's now a Baltimore police officer.
