Noryang: Deadly Sea brings to a close director Kim Han-min’s epic nautical trilogy that began with 2014’s The Admiral: Roaring Currents and continued 2022’s Hansan: Rising Dragon. In the final chapter, legendary Korean admiral Yi Sun-sin faces his final fight at the historical Battle of Noryang, the last major battle of the Japanese invasions of Korea (1592–1598). The cast includes Kim Yun-seok (Escape from Mogadishu), Baek Yoon-sik, Jung Jae-young (Castaway on the Moon), and Huh Joon-ho (Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman).
Noryang: Deadly Sea is available on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital on May 14.

Time to call your cable or satellite provider and add the Sundance Channel to your lineup as the network is launching a new season of its late-night destination Asia Extreme™ on August 7, showcasing the sharpest of cutting-edge Asian genre fare every Saturday night at midnight.
You'll note that a few of the offerings aren't strictly horror fare, but we're including everything since just about all of them offer gore and violence, even if the supernatural/horror elements aren't quite there.
