Brittney Réaume
Brittney Réaume is a manager of creative projects who works with filmmakers, nonprofits, and people who are building the future they want to see. She believes in the nourishing power of film, food, nature, community, and design. She is dedicated, in her career and free time, to supporting the creation, distribution, and appreciation of great films.
Brittney has stepped into a variety of positions and responsibilities at BAVC Media since she joined the staff in 2014, but currently, she has two primary roles. She spends part of her time managing marketing, creative strategy, and communications for BAVC Media's 7+ public programs alongside Marketing and Communications Director, Isa Nakazawa, and the rest of her days leading artist development efforts and managing BAVC Media's programs for independent filmmakers under the direction of BAVC Media's Executive Director, Paula Smith Arrigoni.
Brittney holds a BFA in Film, Video, and Integrated Media, with a minor in Social Practice and Community Engagement, from Emily Carr University in Vancouver, BC. She was born, raised, and educated in the Pacific Northwest.
