A crew member working on Robert De Niro's new movie cheated death when a huge steel beam speared a vehicle he was travelling in, missing his head by inches.
Mike Prisco was scouting potential locations in New York for Another Bulls**t Night In Suck City on Wednesday when a 20-foot (six metre) long metal girder fell from a nearby building.
The beam smashed through the roof of Prisco's truck, narrowly missing his head.
He tells the New York Post, "I feel very lucky. I almost died. I was on the phone with the locations manager, and I heard a loud bang and jumped up. I thought I was rear-ended and I got out, and I saw a beam sticking out of my roof."
Another Bulls**t Night In Suck City is due to begin filming in the Big Apple later this month.
