A former member of the popular 70s funk and disco group Kc and the Sunshine Band was indicted Monday on more than a dozen counts of sexual activities with boys under the age of 18.
According to reports, Richard Finch participated in sexual activities with seven teenage boys, including offering them cash for sexual gratification.
The 56-year-old was indicted on nine counts of propositioning sex; two counts of importuning; three counts of compelling prostitution and one count of illegal sexual activity with a minor.

According to the Licking County, Ohio, sheriff's office, Finch, 56, was arrested Tuesday (March 23) after a boy reported to authorities last week that he'd had sexual contact with Finch at Finch's home in Newark.
