Strictly Come Dancing is back with its first live show on Friday, so there must be a lot of jittery celebrities hurriedly practising their steps right now.
One person who's been there before is Austin Healey, who came fourth in the 2008 series. Austin - who is supporting BT's Parental Controls at the moment - gave us his Strictly tips, including who he thinks will win and which dance they should be frightened of the most...
Austin on... Bruce no longer hosting the show
"Bruce hosted the show for a very long time but I think it's exciting to see how the show works with the new team. I think the perfect hosting combination would be Anton Du Beke and Claudia Winkleman. Anton is a born entertainer and would be perfect for that job."

Strictly Come Dancing's Thom Evans has admitted that his dancing ability "basically consists of hip movement".
The rugby star predicted that the salsa and the jive will be his best dances on the series.
Strictly Come Dancing 2014 lineup: Hit or miss?
Asked which dances will suit him, he said: "I think, and I say this reservedly, the salsa will suit me more because my dancing basically consists of hip movement.
"I've never been taught but from watching those sorts of dancing, I think it might suit me more. And the jive - because it's quick, like side-stepping in rugby. Austin Healey was great at the jive."
The 29-year-old - who went shirtless on the cover of Attitude magazine earlier this year - wants a partner who can match his drive.
He said of his ideal partner: "Someone who's definitely going to push me. I'm going to need a lot of work!

Thom Evans is the fourth star to sign up for Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
The athlete will follow in the footsteps of fellow rugby stars Austin Healey, Ben Cohen, Matt Dawson and Gavin Henson by joining the BBC competition.
He is the first male contestant to sign up for this year's series, following the announcements of Saturdays star Frankie Bridge, Judy Murray and Alison Hammond.
"I'm so happy to be doing the show, I cannot wait to get started," Evans said. "I'm really looking forward to my Strictly makeover – bring on Strictly and bring on the spandex!"
Evans retired from rugby at the age of 24 after suffering a serious neck injury. He is also known for his past relationship with model Kelly Brook, and has since dated actress Jessica Lowndes.

We've been entertained by tears, tiny trunks and tons of Tom Daley, but sadly it couldn't last. Splash! concludes its second series tonight (February 15) with an all-male final, and we at Digital Spy are going to savour every single minute we have left.
Diversity young 'un Perri Kiely is favourite to win, but Paralympian Richard Whitehead, Towie hunk Dan Osborne and Boyzone star Keith Duffy could certainly give him a run for his money.
Join us from 7.20pm for all the diving action and (fingers crossed) more wardrobe malfunctions in our live blog...
20:50Well, there you go. Splash! is over (*whisper it* possibly forever), and all that's left is the customary end of series leap into the pool. Although we wish Gabby wasn't so precious that she needed to stick on a swimming cap. Thanks for joining us, gang! Night night!

Poor Keith Duffy suffered not one, but two embarrassing trunk malfunctions during Saturday night's (February 1) Splash! live semi-final on ITV.
The Boyzone singer's skimpy green trunks, adorned with sparkly floral embellishments and described by some as 'budgie smugglers', kept falling down to expose his backside upon his entrance into the pool.
Luckily the star saw the funny side, and joked to host Gabby Logan: "I'm just lucky I got them back on again in time Gabby, or I'd be standing here in my birthday suit."
Clearly impractical but seriously entertaining, we take a closer look at Duffy's Speedos, and some of the other competing stars clad in silly swimwear on Splash!, below:

Saturday night's trunks, while rather flamboyant and eye-catching, weren't a patch on Duffy's very apt shamrock pair. Michaela Strachan seems to approve.

BBC Three gets a terrible rep for producing duff sitcoms and crude teen trash. In some cases, quite rightly. However, if we're going to berate the channel for its worst moments, we should also take the time to salute its best. And tonight's one-off documentary Growing Up Down's is BBC Three at its very best.
The documentary follows the story of the Blue Apple Theatre group as they prepare for a nationwide tour of Hamlet. Every actor in the group has a disability and most of them have Down's Syndrome. There is tension, there are romances and there is fighting - standard fare for any touring theatre company or close group of friends - but Growing Up captures the whole thing with raw intimacy and honesty.
The star of the group is Tommy, who eagle-eyed telly fans may recognise from roles in Doctors, Holby and the drama Coming Down the Mountain.

Objective's chief on why the magician's Channel 4 special this week had to be different and the return of Peep Show
Andrew Newman, an executive producer on illusionist Derren Brown's latest Channel 4 show, in which he coaches pensioners to steal a Chapman brothers painting from an art exhibition, is no stranger to brazen stunts. Early in his TV career, Newman worked with Sacha Baron Cohen in his Ali G phase and Chris Morris on Brass Eye, so he should have a natural affinity with Brown's high concept pranks.
As chief executive of Objective, the independent producer behind Brown's TV output, Newman oversees a programming slate that mirrors his own background working on offbeat, sometimes spiky series. The likes of Peep Show, Fresh Meat and Toast of London – recommissioned for a second Channel 4 series last week – attract critical plaudits and industry awards, but not always large audiences.

Strictly Come Dancing star Ben Cohen has revealed that he is fully prepared to flash his flesh on the BBC One reality show.
The rugby international said that he was in "no doubt" that he'd end up taking his top off at some point during the series.
"Yes, I will strip," said Cohen. However, the sports star insisted that he didn't consider himself a sex symbol.
"I think we should pin that one on Ash [Taylor Dawson]. He's younger than me."
Cohen has spoken with former Strictly rugby stars Matt Dawson and Austin Healey about the show, who warned him about the amount of time and effort required for the show.
"The one thing they both did say was that it was hard work," said Cohen. "I've done my research and I haven't got blinkers on. I'm expecting the unexpected."

A Portland toddler has done something that several adults have probably done as well -- buy something accidentally on eBay.
Sorella Stoute, 14 months, got her hands on her dad's smartphone last month and managed to buy a rundown 1962 Austin Healey Sprite on eBay for $225.
"She decided to open the eBay app, and started clicking around and one thing led to another and we own a car," Sorella's dad Paul tells Koin 6 News, laughing.
After the initial shock wore off, Paul and his wife Christina decided to keep the car. The seller happens to live close by, so they were able to pick the car up no problem, and it is currently being stored at Paul's mother's house in Milwaukie, Ore.
Stoute says he'd like to restore the car and maybe give it to Sorella for her 16th birthday -- what an awesome birthday present. Here's a picture of what the...

Chris Evans has taken a swipe at Adrian Chiles on his BBC Radio 2 show. The DJ, who caused Adrian to quit the BBC for ITV after it was announced he would replace him on Friday nights of "The One Show", joked to rugby stars Matt Dawson and Austin Healey he could get them screen tests to co-host the other nights with Christine Bleakley.
Dawson then said he would feel like a "warm up act" for Evans, to which the cheeky star quipped, "You are not the warm up act for me. That is what the other guy thought and look what happened to him." BBC bosses are now said to be furious with Evans for appearing arrogant.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper, "This will not go unnoticed and Chris will have to explain himself. He is almost certain to get a dressing down where he will be reminded...
