Producers working on the new James Bond film have upset members of the Bolivian government - after 'stereotyping' its people.
New movie Quantum Of Solace features two Bolivian villains linked to a South American drug cartel, and Pablo Groux, deputy culture minister, has expressed his disdain at the movie's depiction of his country.
He says, "I understand that in the film there is a gang of Bolivian drug traffickers. This stigma should not characterise the Bolivians."
The matter is the latest in a string of problems to hit the production - last month a man was arrested for allegedly stealing the headlamps from Daniel Craig's car while he was busy filming scenes for the movie, and in February the 007 star was reportedly caught up in a gun battle between rival gangsters while shooting in Panama.
Quantum Of Solace is set for release later this year.

British rockers Scouting For Girls have a special James Bond clause written into their record contract that allows their drummer to drop out of the band should he land the coveted role of the secret agent.
The trio signed with Epic Uk, a division of Sony Bmg, in February 2007 - but before signing on the dotted line, percussionist Pete Ellard made sure he would be cleared of his band commitments should he be cast in the superspy franchise.
Frontman Roy Stride explains, "It's actually written into our record contract with Sony that Pete will be released from the deal if he gets offered the part of 007.
"He insisted on adding the Bond clause, but we all agreed that we wouldn't sign unless Sony adhered to it. They could no believe it. They started laughing when we told them and said to Pete that it was crazy as he would never be the next action star, but Pete was adamant it should be added."...

Action hero Daniel Craig hates being lauded as the fittest James Bond - so he plans to gain weight for the final scene in new 007 movie Quantum Of Solace.
Despite being branded by the media as the most "physical" superspy to date, the actor doesn't just want to be remembered for his six-pack.
So Craig has vowed to revert back to the previous incarnations of Bond, when the agent's training regime wasn't as physically demanding.
He says, "Bond used to do 10 press ups and smoke 50 cigarettes and drink a bottle of something and pop a pill.
"At the end of the movie we film a scene where I'm fat - because I don't want to be remembered as the physical Bond."...

James Bond star Daniel Craig has refused to confirm he is engaged to his long term girlfriend - because he doesn't believe in publicly announcing his marital plans.
The 40-year-old British actor allegedly proposed to his partner Satsuki Mitchell during a romantic break in Italy last summer, but the pair have so far refused to comment on the reported union.
However, reports state the couple have been inseparable during filming of the latest superspy venture Quantum of Solace - with Mitchell allegedly visiting the hunk every day on the movie's set in Panama.
But Craig insists official announcements of couples getting engaged should be reserved for the royal family, and not necessarily for everyone in the public eye.
He says, "It's a very important moment in a person's life. I wouldn't make an official announcement because I'm not a member of the royal family."...

The mayor of a small town in northern Chile has been arrested after driving on to the set of the new James Bond movie to accuse producers of filming there without permission.
Mayor Carlos Lopez is reported to have briefly interrupted the shooting of Quantum Of Solace earlier this week (beg31Mar08) by driving a truck onto the set in the mining town of Baquedano, 1,000 miles (1,600 kilometres) north of the capital Santiago.
Lopez claimed the crew had failed to ask his permission to film in the area. He is also opposed to the filmmakers' plans to set the movie in Bolivia, despite being filmed in Chile.
The mayor reportedly turned down a $735 (GBP365) compensation offer from the movie's producers. Lopez was detained briefly by police before being released.
The disturbance is the latest in a string of problems to hit the production - last month a man was arrested for allegedly stealing the headlamps from Daniel Craig's car while he was busy filming scenes for the movie, and in February the 007 star was reportedly caught up in a gun battle between rival gangsters while shooting in Panama.

British cosmetics giant Rimmel has denied rumours the company are planning to drop supermodel Kate Moss as the face of the brand.
The 34-year-old beauty has been the spokesmodel for the make-up firm since 2001 and has featured in all the company's high profile advertising campaigns.
Recent reports suggested Moss was about to lose the multi-million dollar contract in favour of a younger model - with possible replacements being named as James Bond star Gemma Arterton and British TV presenter Alexa Chung.
But company bosses have quashed the rumours, insisting Moss will continue to front the line.
Rimmel spokeswoman, Emmanuelle Bonte, says, "Kate remains the face of Rimmel London and will continue to appear in campaigns for the foreseeable future.
"Rimmel London has no plans to replace Kate. We are very happy with the collaboration."...

Former James Bond star Sir Sean Connery is considering returning to the 007 franchise as a villain.
The 77-year-old was the first actor to play the legendary superspy and starred in seven of the hit films, with his last outing in 1983's Never Say Never Again.
But although Connery will not be reprising his most famous role, he is considering a part in a new Bond movie - but only if he is cast as a bad guy.
He says, "I wouldn't mind coming back as a Bond villain. But I don't think they would pay me enough.
"They don't pay the money for other parts, only for the Bond character, although that wasn't the case when I was doing it."...

James Bond star Daniel Craig is already proud of his work on the superspy's latest outing Quantum Of Solace - because the stunts are causing him a lot of pain.
The British actor knows the upcoming film will be a hit with fans thanks to its hard-hitting fight sequences - and has the aches and bruises to prove it.
The 40-year-old says, "I can only gauge it (the film's success) by how much pain I'm in, and I think we're doing pretty good. They've (the stunts) started to hurt."
And the actor has told fans not to be put off by the blockbuster's strange title - insisting the relevance behind the unusual name will become clear when the film hits cinemas on Halloween.
He explains, "I'm very happy with it. It came from an Ian Fleming (Bond creator) short story. It encapsulates what the movie is at heart and a lot more which I can't give any away."...

Former James Bond star Roger Moore has finally agreed to write a book on his life - because many of the people he will mention are not around to read it.
The 80-year-old actor has always put off penning an autobiography, fearing he'd upset his acquaintances on and off screen with his revelations.
However, now most of them have passed away, he's changed his mind.
He tells Dutch Television programme Rtl Boulevard, "My wife has persuaded me that I should write my book. Before I forget everything. And which is happening rapidly.
"I never really wanted to write my book about my life, cause I was thinking there were too many people alive, but now, a few are disappearing, so I can write about it."
Moore plans to tell the story of his childhood as well as documenting his rise to fame and his experiences while playing 007 in seven of the superspy films.
