The official website and accounts for the upcoming Senpai is an Otokonoko anime today revealed a new key visual and a July 4 at 24:55 Jst (effectively July 5 at 0:55) premiere for Japanese television, along with details about the rom-com series' theme songs. Kujira (also known as Whale Don't Sleep) will perform both the opening and ending themes, which are titled "Wagamama" and "Are ga Koi datta no kana", respectively. A manga adaptation began publication in 2022, and in December 2023, it was confirmed that the series would be getting an anime adaptation as well. March 13 in Japan marks "Shinsengumi Day" following the founding of the Mibu Roshigumi (a predecessor of the Shinsengumi military unit) on March 13, 1863. The official website for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Matoba's romantic comedy manga Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included announced today that it is set to premiere in Japan on April 6, 2024. The TV anime project was revealed back in October 2023 .
