Star Trek: Discovery co-showrunner Alex Kurtzman previously told TVLine that the sci-fi drama’s fifth and final season was dependent on a “very significant” Star Trek Easter egg, and we finally know what he meant by that.
The season’s first two episodes, which are now streaming on Paramount+, sent the Discovery crew on one last adventure to find the missing clues spread throughout the galaxy that will lead them to the ancient device used by an ancient species, known as the Progenitors, to create life as we know it.

Why does anyone in Salem trust DNA test results?
Nicole hoped getting a paternity test would prove that Sloan stole her baby, while Eric thought it would make Nicole stop insisting any such thing had happened. Predictably, the DNA test results went Eric's way -- for an even stupider reason than usual.
Afterward, Nicole spent most of Days of Our Lives during the week of 12-04-23 yelling at people for thinking she was crazy while struggling to accept that her son was dead.
In real life, if a DNA test shows that someone is not a child's parent, then most likely, that's the end of the story.
But DNA switches happen frequently in Salem, so taking it for granted that these results are accurate seems silly. There are also so many other holes in this story -- why haven't Nicole or Ej investigated anything?
Even the way the DNA test was done was suspicious.

Two pregnant women are about to have their lives turned upside down.
Sarah skipped town several months ago so Xander wouldn't learn she was having his baby. We all knew that would blow up in her face sooner or later!
Bonnie will learn the truth on Days of Our Lives during the week of 5-29-23, just as Ej and Eric learn that Nicole is pregnant. These two similar stories coming to a head simultaneously can't be a coincidence, right?
Neither Nicole nor Sarah has had any luck in the pregnancy department. Nicole's last two babies died, one very late in the pregnancy, and Sarah's baby was killed in a car accident.
Both women have also been involved in baby switches. And since Anna helped kidnap baby Sydney for Ej, could her involvement in Nicole's current predicament telegraph a new story of this nature?

Gillian Anderson and multi-award-winning actor Jason Isaacs have joined the cast on ‘The Salt Path.’ An adaptation of Raynor Winn’s global bestselling memoir.
The movie is the profound true story of husband and wife, Raynor and Moth Winn’s 630-mile trek along the beautiful but rugged Cornish, Devon and Dorset coastline. After being forcibly removed from their home, they make the desperate decision to keep walking in the hope that, in nature, they will find solace and a sense of acceptance. With depleted resources and only a tent and the bare essentials between them, every step along the path is a testament to their growing strength and determination. The story is a journey that is exhilarating, challenging, and liberating in equal measure. A portrayal of home and how it can be lost and rediscovered in the most unexpected ways.

An expert says Prince William and Kate Middleton may lean into the “celebrity aspect” of being British royalty. That could mean more TV time in addition to their current “strategy” of more personal social media posts.

Get ready to see the Prince and Princess of Wales have a bigger media presence. Craig Prescott, a UK Constitutional Law and politics expert with a focus on the monarchy, told Express more TV appearances might be on the way for the couple.
“I think what’s interesting is things like the Earthshot Prize, where you see William doing stuff on television,” he said. “And we saw this with Kate’s Christmas Carol Service — there was something for television.”

This week on Disney+’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam and Bucky reunited in the wake of a new Captain America being unveiled. Is their biggest adversary now themselves, the Flag-Smashers, or Cap himself?
To start, we got to know a bit about the new Captain America, John Walker, during his sitdown with GMA‘s Sara Haines on the football field of his high school alma mater. He’s a husband (to Olivia), a decorated war hero (who only weeks ago was prepping a special ops team for a mission in Chile), and a rather elite, non-enhanced physical specimen.
