Nailah started her career in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in front of the camera in various acting and modeling roles during her teens. Her passion for knowledge seeking landed her reporting regional news for the city of Cyberjaya as a broadcast journalist. In her early 20's she was offered the role of Assistant Producer at the Centre for Content Creation producing campaign videos for the Government of Malaysia & Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, during this time she interviewed international dignitaries and Government leaders.
She moved to Dubai, UAE where she worked for Alkatraz Productions managing and coordinating various commercials before cutting her teeth coordinating and assisting the casting of feature films such as "Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens" - J. J. Abrams and "From A to B" - Ali F. Mostafa.
After moving to London she worked as the 1st AD for the Camera Stabalisation Specialist cum Director Rizwan Wadan creating short films and campaigns aimed at tackling social-political issues. Before moving on to be a digital and TV producer for Islam Channel working on shows like the Eid Nasheed Show and launching the UK's first Muslim morning show "Salaam Britain", which quickly became one of the channels most watched shows.
