Over the weekend, a Twitter user by the name EbonyPrince2K24 posted what appeared to be grainy surveillance footage of Drake’s alleged personal items, the same selection featured on the cover of Kendrick Lamar’s now-infamous Drake diss “Meet the Grahams.” The video, featuring a prescription pill bottle as well as a package of Ozempic with Drake’s name on it, quickly racked up over 10 million views and set off a firestorm of theories suggesting there might be a deeper and more sinister meaning behind Kendrick’s cover art.

Kendrick Lamar has been busy putting up an attack plan against Drake, and he just dropped another diss track titled Not Like Us. However, Lamar’s earlier track Meet the Grahams addressed each member of Drake’s family. The Poetic Justice singer struck a chord when he addressed a “baby girl,” suggesting that Drizzy has a secret daughter that he had been hiding from the public. Now, Drake reportedly swears on his career that Lamar’s allegations are false.

The feud between the singers kicked off when Lamar dissed J. Cole and Drake in an uncredited verse in Like That after Cole mentioned them as the “big three” in First Person Shooter. Drake has released another diss track, Family Matters, in response to Kendrick Lamar’s 6:16 in LA. The Canadian rapper brutally attacks Lamar on a personal level, dragging his relationship with Whitney Alford and his fatherhood. However, it is not just Lamar who’s on the firing line this time. Drake has also dissed his other rivals in the music industry, including A$AP Rocky, The Weeknd, Metro Boomin, Future, and Rick Ross.

He launches brutal insults against A$AP Rocky and Rihanna in his track. Rocky previously targeted Drake in his track Show of Hands. Lamar came up with his response track within hours, titled Meet the Grahams, where he further launched personal attacks against Drake.

There are a few lines of thought surrounding the ongoing Drake v. the World rap feud that have become accepted as all but sacred facts. For one, all of this is supposedly fun. Spotify, the multi-billion-dollar business that reported a quarterly profit last week — in part, thanks to laying off 17 percent of its staff ahead of the holidays last year— rented out billboards in Times Square declaring that rap is a “competitive sport.” This was presumably their comment on the months-long saga that began with the release of Future and...

On the night of April 13, after the apparent leak of his diss track “Push Ups (Drop & Give Me Fifty),” Drake posted a screenshot from the movie Kill Bill on his Instagram Story. It was the film’s iconic fight scene, during which Uma Thurman’s character takes on a room full of ninja assassins only to emerge victorious. The metaphor couldn’t be more applicable to Drake’s current situation, as he fends off what many are describing as “Rap’s Avengers,” out for blood since the release of Future...

The ongoing feud between Drake and what appears to be every one of his peers in the rap world continues and now Kanye West, Drake’s longtime adversary, has entered the chat. Drake, forever thirsty for attention, is continuing to bait Kendrick Lamar. After releasing “Push Ups” on DSPs on Friday, the Toronto rapper has dropped a second diss track. This one, titled “Taylor Made Freestyle,” includes AI verses made to sound like Tupac and Snoop Dogg.
“Kendrick, we need ya, the West Coast savior/ Engraving your name in some hip-hop history,” AI Tupac raps. “If you deal with this viciously/ You seem a little nervous about all the publicity/ Fuck this Canadian lightskin.”
“I know you never been to jail, or wore jumpsuits and shower shoes/Never shot nobody, never stabbed nobody/Never did nothing violent to no one, it’s the homies that empower you,” adds AI Snoop. “But, still, you gotta show this fucking owl who’s boss on the West/Now’s a time to really make a power move.”

Drake amusingly responded to Rick Ross’ diss track claims that he got a nose job and warned of more musical retribution against the rapper in a social media post Sunday.
Ross unleashed his own Drizzy diss track “Champagne Moments” soon after Drake’s (purportedly real) “Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50)” leaked on Saturday. Between Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar, Anthony Fantano, and many more, we’ve heard some pretty good Drake disses over the years. But now, Yasiin Bey (fka Mos Def) is giving everyone a run for their money with a new diss of epic proportions. Evoking the literal collapse of modern civilization to drive his point home, the seasoned rapper said that Drizzy’s output is less “hip-hop” and more like shopping at Target.
The comments came during Bey’s recent appearance on the fashion podcast The Cutting Room Floor when host, Recho Omondi, asked point-blank if he considered Drake “hip-hop.” After a pause — and a begrudging “Why are you doing this to me?” — Bey unleashed his opinion: “Drake is pop to me. In the sense, like, if I was in Target in Houston and I heard a Drake song… it feels like a lot of his music is compatible with shopping.

Pet Shop Boys have accused Drake of interpolating their song “West End Girls” without credit or permission. The borrowed riff appears on “All the Parties,” a track on the rapper’s new album For All the Dogs.
“Surprising to hear Drake singing the chorus of ‘West End Girls’ in the track ‘All the Parties’ on his new album,” Pet Shop Boys wrote on their Instagram account Friday (October 6th). “No credit given or permission requested.”
Legalities aside, “All the Parties” is an obvious nod to the synth-pop duo’s 1984 hit, as Drizzy sings “East End boys and West End girls” in the same melody. Perhaps Drake thought he was in the clear by referring to Toronto instead of Pet Shop Boys’ London?
You can listen to both songs below; the interpolation in question begins around 1:00 in “West End Girls” and around 2:41 in “All the Parties.”

Drake had yet another bra thrown on stage during his “It’s All a Blur” tour performance at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle over the weekend.

The Canadian rapper took to his Instagram Story to share some clips of the 5-year-old singing the “Rich Flex” line, “21, can you do something for me?”
One vid showed the youngster singing the line while holding a sign that appeared to read, “Dad I hope you have a great concert.”

Despite Shakira’s alleged romance with Jimmy Butler, she’s now been romantically linked to Drake.
The stars were seen leaving the same after party in the early hours of Sunday morning in West Hollywood, California, with an eyewitness telling the Daily Mail they exited “within minutes of one another at 3:25 a.m.”
Drake was clearly celebrating after performing the first night of his Los Angeles leg of his “It’s All a Blur” tour.
Shakira looked as stunning as ever at the bash, donning an orange top that she teamed with a pair of blue jeans.
Drizzy — whose son Adonis, 5, attended his gig for the first time on Saturday — donned a blue ensemble, with him being pictured leaving the party while holding a drink.

Drake stepped in to help a fan after things got heated between a pair of concertgoers during one of his shows.

That’s not me,” he added before plugging his upcoming For All the Dogs album, which he first revealed via Qr code in newspaper ads announcing his already-polarizing poetry book.

The music industry’s petty poet, Drake, kicked off his It’s All a Blur tour Wednesday night in Chicago with a genuinely dazzling spectacle of stagecraft, including a statue of the late designer Virgil Abloh, a hologram projection of Drizzy handing him his newly released book of poetry, and a set list jam-packed with enough hits to turn even the biggest Drake hater into a certified lover boy. The tour marks Drake’s first string of shows since his tour with Migos in 2018, which might explain a particularly curious diss baked within his set.

Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” became a No. 1 hit and an internet meme when it dropped in 2018, but don’t count Drake as one of its fans. Drizzy shaded the song at a recent show in Chicago, calling it “overrated and over awarded.”
To be clear, Drake himself didn’t criticize “This Is America” — he let his stage design do it for him. As HipHopDX points out, a news ticker ran across the stage as Drake performed “Headlines,” recounting the message, “The overrated and over awarded hit song ‘This Is America’ was originally a Drake diss record.”
The fact that Childish Gambino’s 2018 hit — which famously reflected on systemic racism and the Black American experience at the height of the Black Lives Matter movement — was originally meant as a Drake diss did actually become a headline earlier this year. Don’t underestimate Jack Harlow’s game.
As the rapper makes his acting debut alongside Sinqua Walls in 20th Century Studios’ remake of “White Men Can’t Jump”, the two courtside co-stars sat down for an interview with Et Canada’s Cheryl Hickey.
The highly anticipated remake of the 1992 comedy classic sees Harlow, playing the role of Jeremy, and Walls, taking the part of Kamal, team up as an unlikely duo to swindle other ballers out of cash so they can enter a basketball tournament with a $500,000 cash prize.

Harlow, who loves the sport, was asked if he would beat Toronto’s own Drake while playing on the Canadian rapper’s home court.
“Love Toronto, Drizzy, love you, but real talk, I definitely think Jack’s beating Drake,” immediately chimed in Wallis. “We’ve seen Drake’s jump shot.

On Friday, Drake premiered a new single called “Search & Rescue.” The track is classic forlorn Drizzy, seemingly hit by the sting of late-adulthood singledom. He affectionally croons in search of someone to “take me off the market / take me off the map” on the song’s moody Sad Pony and Bnyx-produced beat. It’s also Drake at his most classically petty.
Last week, after he shared a snippet of the song on Instagram, just about all anyone cared about was the end of the track and what sounded like a...

Hit-making rappers Drake and 21 Savage teamed up in 2022 for the collaborative album Her Loss, marking the first full-length collaboration between the two artists. Because of Drake having more years in the industry and No. 1 hits to his name, 21 Savage was mindful when working with him that he didn’t want to appear as though he was using his friendship with the rapper to advance his own career.

Moody blue lights drench the audience at the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem. We’re in Drake’s bedroom. Or some version of it, at least. The musician born Aubrey Graham is seated on the edge of a neatly made bed, and a dim tulip-shaped lamp stands in the corner of the stage, designed as a replica of the teenage bedroom where he wrote his first songs. His outfit of baggy jeans and a yellow-and-blue basketball jersey complete the tableau. Number eleven, Degrassi High.
