- Actor Armen Jesralyan was born in Hackensack, NJ, and grew up in nearby Fair Lawn, NJ. He is a third generation actor from his paternal side. Both his father and grandfather were stage actors within their community.
Armen began to study acting at the Bruce Ornstein Acting Workshop in NYC. He eventually made his way to Los Angeles and continued his work at Brian Cutler Actors Studio in Burbank, CA.
Some of Armen's notable credits include "The Promise", a feature film about the Armenian Genocide directed by Terry George that stars Christian Bale and Jean Reno; action thriller feature film "Extraction II" with Chris Hemsworth; "Confessions of a Union Buster" with the late great Ed Asner; and a featured role in Michael Bublé's 2021 Christmas music video.
Armen had a supporting voiceover role in "The Imperfection", which was recognized as an official podcast selection at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2021. Armen also had a supporting role in the short film "Interracial Couple in A Cheerios Ad", directed by Christine Lakin, which has won numerous awards and selections from over thirty comedy festivals around the world. Several other short films that Armen was cast in have also been nominated and selected for awards from various national and international film festivals.
